Il s’agit d’un marché de prestations visant à mettre à disposition une personne à un taux d’activité de 20%, chargée d’assurer le pilotage du développement de la politique cantonale en matière de santé et soins communautaires et de mise en réseaux de santé en étroite collaboration avec l’office cantonal de la santé (OCS), les Hôpitaux universitaires de Genève (HUG) et l’Institution genevoise de maintien à domicile (IMAD). Le mandat porte sur une durée de 24 mois.Une tranche optionnelle de 12 mois supplémentaires est possible.
