Country: Guinea-Bissau  Description of the Assignment: National Consultancy for the Terminal Evaluation of project  "Establishing a National Adaptation Planning Process in Guinea-Bissau" Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 15 working days in 3 months Consultants who have participated in the implementation, management, or delivery of the project under evaluation are NOT eligible to submit a proposal for this assignment, in order to preserve the independence and objectivity of the evaluation. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
