Multi-Party Rahmenvertrag für Architekturdienstleistungen (inkl. Planer und BIM) der HSE West - Rahmenvertrag 05 für nicht-akute Gesundheitsbauprojekte mit einem Projektwert von €15M bis €60M exkl. MwSt. für die Region HSE West (Galway, Mayo und Roscommon). Das erste Projekt umfasst den Neubau einer 75-Bett-Pflegeeinrichtung auf dem Campus des Ballina District Hospital mit direkten Anschlüssen an das bestehende Krankenhaus. Die neue Einrichtung erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen mit 25 Einzelzimmern pro Etage nach HIQA-Standards, inklusive Demenzbereich im Erdgeschoss.
