Rahmenvereinbarung für Planungsleistungen zur Energieeffizienz im HSE West, Los 05: Nicht-akute Gesundheitsbauprojekte mit einem Projektwert von 15 Mio. bis 60 Mio. € (exkl. MwSt.) in der Region Galway, Mayo und Roscommon. Das erste Projekt umfasst den Neubau eines 75-Bett-Pflegeheims (CNU) auf dem Campus des Ballina District Hospital mit Anbindung an das bestehende Krankenhaus. Das CNU wird auf 3 Etagen (25 Einzelzimmer mit Bad pro Etage, nach HIQA-Standards) errichtet, inkl. 10 Demenzpflegeplätze im Erdgeschoss. Umfangreiche Umbauten im bestehenden Krankenhausflügel (Küche, Physiotherapie, Wäscherei, Tagespflege) sind enthalten. Gesamtfläche ca. 7.960 m², inkl. Abriss, Neubau, Sanierung, Parkplätze, Umspannwerk und Medizingebäude.
