The contract is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services within geographical information systems (GIS). The framework agreement shall contribute to cover the Directorate's need for competence and capacity within GIS related disciplines in the period 2027 to 2030. GIS project management Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more sub-contracts. The estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. NOK 16 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The upper limit is NOK 20 million excluding VAT.
