Sub-contract 2 Fire engineering services Sub-contract 3 Project management/builder ombudsman/construction management/ (ITB Coordinator). Sub-contract 4 Building and process automation. Sub-contract 5 Architect/technical drawings Sub-contract 6 Zoning plan We would like to enter into parallel agreements within each discipline in order to have greater security for availability. Up to three framework agreements will be awarded for each sub-contract. Tenders can be submitted for one or more sub-contracts. Ranking: Where there are parallel framework agreements, the award of call-offs shall occur in accordance with the ranking that follows the evaluation of the award criteria. The contract partner ranked as no. 1 will be the one who in each case will have the opportunity to take on the assignment. Trondheim municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers. The award of individual assignments (call-offs) in the contract period follows the procedures in Part 0_Avtaleformular for a framework agreement, points 6.1 and 6.2. The framework agreement shall be used for assignments connected to consulting and engineering design of urban areas and green areas. The contract has an average value of NOK 4,500,000 excluding VAT per annum during the contract period. This gives a combined contract value for the entire possible contract period (including options) of NOK 18,000,000 (excluding VAT). Emphasis is put on the fact that the contracting authority is not bound to the estimated volume. The Ministry particularly needs expertise on quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluations, as well as the production of knowledge synthesisers. It will also be an advantage with competence in Norwegian government administration, as well as the area of justice and stand-by. The ministry is planning for a 2 year framework agreement with an option for a further 2 years and a flexible level of the contract ́s extent will be set, based on the Ministry ́s analysis need each year. There is a broad thematic breadth in JD ́s areas of responsibility and, thus, this framework agreement. Several tenderers can join forces to submit a tender. Alternatively, tenderers can document access to other competence environments. The Ministry is open to feedback on the attached documents, a draft of the tender documentation and annexes to SSA-R.
