A contract shall be signed in accordance with the following division: one contract for 20 properties in OsloThe aim of the framework agreement is to ensure the Directorate of Public Construction and Property access to planned and acute needs within service, troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement and assembly of cooling installations and heat pumps etc. arising in the operation and maintenance of the buildings: Service and maintenance work for installations heating and cooling installations, As well as troubleshooting Service and maintenance material for heating and cooling installations Replacement and assembly of heating and cooling installations (if needed) Work on systems with refrigerant New installations with refrigerated media Leakage control of F-gas Consultancy refrigerating media.

Oslobygg KFOsloDeadline: Sep 28The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s total need for modernisation, installation, service and maintenance for ventilation in the contract period. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with 4-7 tenderers. The framework agreements will be valid for 4 years. The assignment includes energy assessments of technical installations, modernisation, new installation, service and maintenance of ventilation and comfort cooling systems, cooling systems for computer rooms, refrigerating and freezing rooms, dampers, function control of kitchen extraction as well as heat pumps in Oslobygg KF ́s property portfolio. The objective of the agreement is to: * to fulfil the indoor climate and environment through economic and stable operation of technical installations. * maintaining the system ́s technical standard that contributes to a long lifetime. * environmentally friendly material use and low resource consumption, as well as low greenhouse gas emissions connected to transportFramework agreement for inspections of fire alarms and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing systems.
NTNUTrondheimNTNU shall enter into a joint contract for inspections of fire alarm systems, and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing installations, for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the extinguishing installations in order for them to function as intended. Maintenance is limited to troubleshooting, repairing and replacing components for systems where this is described in this agreement. The contract includes the following: · Fire alarm installations - This is where clean annual inspections of the installations are carried out. · Extinguishing system - Inspection and service agreement with the necessary maintenance. See Annex 1 Requirement Specifications and Annex 3a Price Form, for a more detailed description of the delivery and an overview of the different installations. The planned start-up for the new agreement is in the medio August. This year's checks of fire alarm systems are carried out in the first half of 2026, so that in 2026 checks remain of extinguishing installations and extinguishing centres, which shall be carried out in autumn 2026. The new contracting authority will be responsible for implementing these. The maintenance of the fire alarm systems is included in NTNU ́s framework agreements for electrical services, so that this maintenance work is not included in the framework agreement.
