Ziel: Vorbereitung wettbewerbsfähiger Projektvorschläge für von Sitra koordinierte Konsortialprojekte. Zwei Dienstleister werden ausgewählt. Voraussichtlich 6-8 Aufträge im Rahmen der Rahmenvereinbarung, jeder zur Entwicklung eines spezifischen Projektvorschlags. Aufträge >30.000€: Mini-Tender unter ausgewählten Anbietern (E-Mail-Verfahren), Kriterien: Expertise-Verfügbarkeit passend zum Zeitplan, passende Förderinstrument-/Themengebiet-Expertise. Aufträge <30.000€: Auswahl des geeignetsten Anbieters. Leistung umfasst u.a.: Strategie/Taktik für gewinnenden Vorschlag, Konsortiumsentwicklung, Schreiben der Antragsdokumente inkl. Anhänge, Co-Writing-Facilitation, Budgetplanung, Organisation von Konsortiums- und Steuerungstreffen, Anleitung zu Arbeitsplan und Wirkungspfaden.
