Der Auftrag umfasst alle Dienstleistungen zur Sicherstellung des elektronischen Rechnungsversands, gemäss den nachfolgenden Vorgaben. Aufgrund der zunehmenden Nutzung digitaler Dienstleistungen rechnen wir mit einer Zunahme der Transaktionen von eBill. Die erwarteten Mengen an Transaktionen bilden die Grundlage zur preislichen Bewertung der Angebote.
