The Planning and Building Agency is responsible for the municipality ́s general area planning, planning and building application management, map management as well as map and sharing shops. The scope of this prequalification procedure covers the supply of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) used in the areas of protection and substation control technology within extra high-voltage and high-voltage substations. DFØ is the government ́s trade body for financial management, good decision basis for government initiatives, organisation and management in the state, as well as procurements in the public sector and administration of the government ́s joint procurement agreements. The company also provides joint services within wages and accounts, as well as employer support to government entities. DFØ has overall responsibility for development within its disciplines. The objective of the procurement is to cover DFØ ́s need for a future orientated system for case handling and archiving. The current system is based on Acos WebSak as a locally installed (on-premise) system operated by DFØ. Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap (DSB)TØNSBERGDSB shall procure a new digital system for competition implementation and contract administration (KGV and KAV). The system shall be used for the execution of procurements and for keeping an overview of all the current contracts. The system shall be integrated with DSB ́s intranet and archive system (Elements) and it shall have functionality for digital signing of tender offers and contract documents.
