Currently, the building is functional.The building has insufficient thermal protection. Currently, it is thermally protected at the envelope level only by the thermal insulation elements adopted when the building was built in 1980. Over time, the windows that enclose the building on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors were replaced with PVC joinery and thermally insulating glass, but the original joinery, made of simple, metal or wood joinery, still exists.
