Statsbygg constructs the new Life Sciences Building (LVB) for the University of Oslo and Oslo University Hospital on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Research and South-East Health as the co-contracting authority. The building shall be the workplace for approx. 1,600 employees and 1,600 students. Start up for the excavation and ground work was the second quarter of 2019 and the planned completion is at the end of 2026. Different professional environments will work multi-disciplinary here to develop new solutions for major challenges within health and sustainability with access to the best and most modern equipment required to carry out research, teaching and world class innovation.NB: The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that due to staff holidays questions will not be answered in week 28-31.

SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØSykehusinnkjøp HF intends, on behalf of Oslo University Hospital, the Life Science Building, to enter into a contract with Norsk Labex AS, for the procurement of an automatic HIV analyser for the department for microbiology, Oslo University Hospital, the Life Science Building. Bio-Rad Geenius Reader, which includes Geenius Reader, Geenius MiniPC&SW, Geenius Software with APF and DataLogic HeronHD 3430 2D Barcode Reader, as well as a framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables and an option for a service agreement for the instrument. The system shall include an automated instrument for rapid diagnostics on supplementing HIV analysis for HIV 1 and HIV 2 (immune chromatographic method). The instrument must be able to scan sample identity/sample numbers and be CE-IVD marked. Furthermore, the instrument must have communication between the instrument and the laboratory information system (LIMS), for result transfer, preferably via ASTM or HL7. A market survey was carried out at the Prior Information Notice published 05.03.2026 with a reply deadline 13.03.2026. The contracting authority wanted input from relevant tenderers who believed they could deliver systems that responded to the sketched needs. The market survey did not reveal other tenderers of equivalent systems who could cover the needs of this procurement.
