The programme objective is to support Nepali tax administration and revenue policy to create the regulatory and technical assistance for sustainable economic development. The RSRSD programme is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
