The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of spectral flow cytometers for Radiumhospitalet, the Cancer Clinic, Institute for Cancer Research, Department for Cancer Immunology. The instrument will be used for advanced immunofenotyping, cellular characterisation and functional analyses by using both cell lines and different primary cells from, among other things, healthy donors and patient material. The instrument shall be used in daily operation by a department with approx. 30 employees with varying competence levels within flow cytometry, which works across several projects. Daily use must be expected throughout work days of 8 hours, with periods with extended operations beyond this. This sets high requirements for the instrument's robustness, reliability, user friendliness, degree of automated work flow and low maintenance needs.
