The objective of the procurement is to procure columns for use in LC-MS/MS analysis of urine, blood and spit. Tenders are wanted for the following columns: 1. Pursuit 3 C18 100 x 4.6mm 3 μm 2. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 4.6x50mm 1.8μm 400 bar 3. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18, 3.0x50mm, 1.8μm 600bar 4. Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 RHD, 2.1 x 50 mm, 1.8 μm 5. CarpenterLab Poroshell 120 Chiral-V, 2.7 μm, 2.1 x 150 mm The columns shall be used for routine determination of protoporfyrin IX in erytrocytes (1), porphytes in faeces, plasma and urine (2), MMA (3), steroid hormones in serum (4) and kiral separation of amphetamines in spit and urine (5). Other areas of use and sample matrix can be used. The columns are sometimes also used for research analyses, i.e. determination of substances in serum, plasma, urine and/or spinal fluid. A framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of columns. See Annex 1 - Price Form for the estimated volume. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. If different pack sizes can be offered (e.g. packs of three), the Contracting Authority would like to receive tenders for the pack size that will give the lowest unit price. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of head lights for Helse Bergen HF. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete dye laser (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for intended use and any scanner(s) necessary for intended use. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for equipment dependent consumables (colour substances and consumables for the cooling system). In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels - service courses - e-learning programme (if offered), - other life cycle costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed). Estimated volume of dyes: The department expects 8,000 pulses per annum. The maximum volume is estimated volume + 50 %. The options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The laser shall be used for the treatment of port wine stains (port-wine stains) and other vascular malformations on the face, throat and head of children and adults. It is important that the laser provides good possibilities for quick and painless treatment, especially as the laser is to be used for treatment on the face of children in the first year of life without the use of general anaesthesia. The maximum price of the investment is NOK 1,700,000 excluding VAT. The investment is the amount that will be paid for the main product (complete dye lasers including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for the intended use and any scanners necessary for intended use). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year. The estimated pipetting extent is approx. 700 samples per annum. The maximum pipetting scope is 2,000 samples per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The pipetting robot shall be used to pipet patient samples and reagents for preparing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library for small and medium scale analyses/research project. The background for the procurement is increased use of NGS in routine operations, clinical studies and research projects, and as a result there is a greater need for flexibility in all parts of the analysis process.
