The tuneable laser system should deliver power equal or exceeding 0.7 W (as measured at 780 nm) to excite a variety of nanostructures embedded in the Qlibri cavity tuned to resonance. HALDEN KOMMUNEHALDENThis procurement is for the delivery of consultancy and engineering design services for the establishment of nitrogen purification at the sewage treatment facility. The assignment includes the preparation of a detailed development plan for the entire sewage treatment facility, including the necessary plan processes and documentation. Furthermore, the tenderer shall carry out ground surveys and geotechnical assessments, as well as carry out detailed engineering design services for construction and other disciplines, except the dimensioning of pipes and reactors. All other calculations are included. The procurement includes i.a. the following services: - Detailed development/zoning plan for the entire site area. - Geotechnical surveys and assessments. - Recipient surveys and environmental assessments. - Complete the discharge application. - Detailed engineering design services for constructional engineering disciplines. - Multi-disciplinary engineering design services for all relevant technical disciplines. - Coordination and collaboration between disciplines throughout the engineering design phase. The tenderer shall ensure that the engineering design is carried out in accordance with the current laws, regulations, authority requirements and relevant standards. Okt.The procurement entails the design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis system for hydrogen production at the JRC Ispra site. The core of the system is a 50 Nm3/h electrolyser (which must be upgradable to 100 Nm3/h) that delivers hydrogen at an outlet pressure of 30 barg. The main equipment will be delivered in a containerized/skid version divided into three specific areas: a control panel area with the AC/DC converter, a water purification unit, and an ATEXclassified area containing the stacks and gas purification treatment. In addition to the containerized unit, the scope of supply includes several external components: An MV/LV transformer A thermal management system (dry cooler) A lowpressure hydrogen storage system consisting of a cylinder rack at 30 bar with a total volume of 5 m3 A gas blender installed on the outlet piping after the storage Finally, the procurement includes a comprehensive service package covering the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), ATEX verification, staff training, two years of spare parts, and a 3year maintenance contract. Reason for Purchasing The primary objective of this procurement is to produce green hydrogen by harnessing the renewable energy generated from the JRC Ispra site's internal photovoltaic (PV) plant. Currently, the site has a 1.35 MWp PV installation, which is planned to be expanded to 2 MWp and eventually 3 MWp in the future. Instead of using battery systems, the JRC intends to use the excess energy from this PV plant to power the electrolyser for selfconsumption. The hydrogen produced will then be blended into the natural gas pipeline (up to a 10% volume blend) to feed the site's cogenerators. A dedicated technical sizing analysis concluded that a modular 2x250 kW electrolyser is the optimal choice, as it offers the best compromise between the available PV power, the number of operating hours, and the demand from the cogeneraQualification Panel for Supply Installation and Commissioning of Electric Vehicle Chargers to Regional City and Towns - Amended.

The Contracting Authority proposes creation of a qualification panel for the Supply, Installation and Annual Maintenance of EV Chargers for Buses. During the Term, when a requirement arises under this procurement process, suppliers on the Qualification Panels who have been deemed suitably qualified may be invited to submit a tender for such requirements. Each tender process conducted off this qualification panel will require a turnkey solution for the supply and installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for optimal charging of future electric buses. The scope of works includes complete project management of the turnkey solution, the associated electrical and civil works required for the safe installation and commissioning of all related equipment, including (but not limited to) transformers, chargers and charging points at the site and the back-office support protocols and training of relevant Bus Éireann staff. The scope includes provision of suitable energy storage systems or other sustainable backup systems in the event of loss of grid power supply. The scope also includes providing these services and products on a novated basis to a lead contractor, appointed by Bus Éireann, for larger depot construction projects. A comprehensive Service and Maintenance support package will also be required for a period of not less than 5 years. Tenders within the qualification framework duration will be specified to reflect the needs of the particular location and fleet provided. They will also reflect developments in charging technology, opportunity charging and new products over the duration of the qualification period. Site installation and commissioning of the charging infrastructure is expected to be completed in line with projected rollout planning.
