This project represents the development and implementation of Automated export system (AES) and Import control system (ICS2) by upgrading of export and import applications existing in CIS with latest EU AES and EU ICS2 EU versions available on the EU level during the duration of the project. This project is made up of two components. The first component represents the upgrade/development of CIS with the functionalities of the Automated Export System (AES) -EU latest phase and version, and the second one represents upgrade/development of CIS with the functionalities of Import Control System 2 (ICS2) EU latest phase and version in Customs Administration. These two systems must be integral parts of the Customs Information System (CIS) of Montenegro. The Automated Export System (AES), must manages electronically the export and exit formalities performed by customs officials and economic operators when goods leave the customs territory of the EU. by using export or re-export declaration, exit summary declaration or reexport notification. System must be able to manage following processes: Export. Export followed by transit, Re-export, Re-export from free zone or temporary storage, Pre¬departure Declaration Customs declaration. Re-export declaration. Exit summary declaration (EXS). The new customs pre-arrival security and safety programme called Import Control System 2 (ICS2 allows for the implementation of the new Union Customs Code (UCC) processes and procedures relating to the entry or transit of goods to/through the EU including Switzerland. Norway and Northern Ireland. System are supporting the following processes: Lodging the Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) (advance cargo information) to customs. Security and safety risk analysis by customs. Arrival of means of transport presentation of goods to customs and Control of goods by customs, where required. Advance cargo information and risk analysis will enable early identification of threats and help customs authorities

Tenderers must be able to deliver, assemble and maintain most types of locks and fittings, as well as produce and deliver keys etc. Tenderers must also be able to deliver, assemble and maintain goods and services connected to the lock and access control system (e.g. iLOQ and ARX including licences), as well as door automation, door closers and door pumps. The present Qualification System is intended to replace the EU-111 Qualification System, as set out in TED notice 2020/S 125-307189. With regard to the former EU-111 Qualification System, a transitional period applies for parties qualified under that Qualification System, in which new parties also may apply for qualification and have time to get qualified. At the latest 18 months after the publication of this EU-490 Qualification System, the EU-111 Qualification System will cease to apply. Its growth is driven by a rapidly evolving electricity demand that requires a flexible and growing grid architecture. The scope of this prequalification procedure covers the supply of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) used in the areas of protection and substation control technology within extra high-voltage and high-voltage substations. These devices constitute key components of the secondary technology and are essential for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the transmission grid. The technical requirements are based on internationally recognized substation communication protocols commonly applied in the automation and operation of electrical power systems. The primary focus of the TQS is on IEC 61850, while other relevant protocols, such as IEC 60870 5 103 and IEC 60870 5 104, are also considered where applicable. This prequalification process aims to identify Economic Operators with proven expertise in the planning, production, implementation and integration of such devices in accordance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements. Candidates receive qualification status for each of their own production sites and each technical lot. The successful completion of the qualification process depends on various factors beyond TenneT’s control. TenneT can only commit to the processing time for the individual gates.
