KYSTVERKETÅLESUNDThe Norwegian Coastal Administration is a transport agency under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, with responsibility for safe and efficient transport in Norwegian farleder. The agency also has a national responsibility for stand-by against severe pollution. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is responsible for civil maritime monitoring, including monitoring shipping traffic, as well as supporting other departments ́ sector responsibility within maritime safety and contingency. The current monitoring capacity is largely based on maritime reporting systems, where the Automatic Identification System (AIS) makes up a central supporting beam. Although AIS provides comprehensive information about ship traffic, situations occur where location data is not received is insufficient or deliberately suppressed. This creates a need for complementary monitoring methods. The objective of the procurement is therefore to supplement the existing monitoring capacity with satellite based, non-cooperative sensor data. The system shall contribute to strengthening situational comprehension in Norwegian sea areas by using image forming sensors (optical and SAR – Synthetic Aperture Radar). This shall enable: verification of AIS data detection of vessels that do not send AIS (so-called "dark vessels") improved situation understanding and decision support in the operative contexts The coastal works would like to enter into an agreement for access to an already established and operative system for satellite based detection and analysis. Developments in this procurement cannot be included. The contract will be valid for one (1) year, with an option for an extension.Supply, delivery, installation Lot 1-300mm Electro-Magneto-Optical Probe Station and Lot 2-Device Parameter analyser for use with 300mm Electro Magneto-Optical Probe stationTyndall National Instit UCC
University College CorkCorkFrist: 04. Aug.Within the CHIPS-JU NanoIC pilot line Tyndall is developing novel materials for embedded DRAM and 3D integration for future leading-edge integrated circuits. In NanoIC, Tyndall’s flexibility into materials integration will allow for rapid, short-cycle screening to reduce the cycle time in identifying and integrating highly performing materials to carry forward into IC development. Our role is to provide agile wafer scale nanofabrication and processing beyond silicon for the integration of selected new materials – Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) and oxide semiconductor (OSC) – and FET device architectures. The NanoIC teams at Tyndall will synthesize thin film TMDs and OSCs and will fabricate and test a wide range of materials and devices. Other activities may include compound semiconductors devices, wide band gap materials, photonic, magnetic or ferroelectric materials. The electrical properties and performance of these materials/devices are of significant importance. Consequently, a multi-function 300mm Electro-Magneto-Optical Probe Station (Lot 1) is required to study the electrical properties of these materials and devices under a range of temperature conditions. The Probe station, in combination with the Device Parameter analyser (Lot 2), will enable users to perform electrical measurements (current voltage both in DC and in pulsed mode) at different temperatures and under magnetic field or illumination as required.Avinor AS - 26/04526 - Request for Information - Meteorological Sensors and Associated Observation Systems for Air Traffic Control

Ministerie van DefensieUtrechtFrist: 31. JuliCOMMIT is issuing this RFI to identify Military Off-The-Shelf (MOTS) solutions for a modern, reliable pressure fuze. The fuze must be compatible with the TM 24/62 anti-tank mine body and fully compliant with the Ottawa Convention and the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons Protocol II (CCW-II). The NL MoD is seeking solutions that are currently available on the market or will be within the next two years. With this market consultation, COMMIT aims to gather detailed supplier and product information to inform the project strategy and support the drafting of future tender documents. The information gathered will be used to determine technical feasibility, alignment with the available budget and timeline, and the optimal execution strategy. Because the formal requirements are not yet finalized, feedback from respondents may be used to refine future technical specifications and project assumptions.Supply and Delivery of Professional Diving Equipment and Suits, Hand-held Metal Detectors, Personal Protection Equipment and Helmets with Visors

Geologian tutkimuskeskusEspooA bid is requested for one (1) thin section lapping and polishing equipment and/or for one (1) thin section/sample saw. Thin section lapping and polishing equipment: The thin section lapping and polishing equipment must be capable of producing polished thin sections, thin sections with surface glass, polished sections, and glued sections made from crushed material. GTK usually uses hot plate and oven impregnating with Araldite and Petropoxy adhesives for the production of thin sections. GTK uses a mineral and polarization microscope and a micrometer to inspect the quality and thickness of the grains. GTK produces thin sections from soft rock (shale) to very hard rock types (granite), as well as glued sections from crushed stone. As a general rule, the rock types in Finland are hard. GTK has an external Pfeiffer HiScroll 46 vacuum pump for the use of thin section lapping and polishing equipment so the vacuum pump is not within the scope of this invitation to tender. The most produced sections at GTK are as follows: Polished thin section and section with surface glass, size 48 mm x 28 mm, other sizes are also possible Polished section, size varies, normally sample is round, and the size is 25 mm x 30 mm. Glued gravel section, size varies, normally sample is round, and the size is 25 mm x 30 mm. The thickness of the polished thin section must normally be 0.03 mm, uniform in thickness, and the minerals must have the correct optical color for identification. The surface of the polished thin section must be scratch-free. and/or Thin section/sample saw: Thin section/sample saw is used for sawing bulk rock samples for thin section production. The size of rock samples varies from few cm up to 20 cm in thickness. The saw must be capable of cutting samples with a diameter of at least 10 cm and thin sections sized up to 50 mm x 75 mm. GTK has an external Pfeiffer HiScroll 46 vacuum pump for the use of thin section/sample saw so the vacuum pump is not within the scope of this invitation to tender. Delivery terms & warranty for both devices: Delivery term: DDP Geological Survey of Finland, Thin section laboratory, Kuopio, Finland. Incoterms 2020. Delivery at the latest by October 30, 2026. At least a two-year warranty from the acceptance of the equipment.MARKET SURVEY: Fish egg sorting machine
LuonnonvarakeskusHelsinkiFrist: 02. Aug.Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is planning to procure a fish egg sorting machine for its research infrastructure in Taivalkoski. Luke’s aquaculture facility is located in Taivalkoski, and the fish egg sorting machine is being procured for the handling of live fish eggs, mostly salmonid eggs. The planned procurement concerns a fish egg sorting machine that uses an optical system for fish egg sorting. The machine must be suitable for sorting salmonid eggs, and it must be suitable for sorting dead fish eggs from viable/live fish eggs. The fish eggs to be processed have a diameter of approximately 4–8 millimetres. GENERAL Please note that this is a market consultation notice (hereafter "notice") and that this is not an invitation to tender. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. The information provided in this notice does not bind Luke in any way. The aim is for the machine to be delivered to Luke by December 2026. Hansel Oy is acting as a consultant role in the procurement. MARKET DIALOGUE We will send a draft version of the call for tenders and its annexes to registered companies, approximately in August 2026. Registered companies are given the opportunity to comment on the draft version in writing.
