When implemented correctly, the technology provides increased mastery for inhabitants, better work processes for employees and an increased decision making basis for management. Knowledge on systems and possibilities is important when the municipalities plan future procurements. A supplier conference is a format where the basic idea is to create an arena that allows suppliers and municipalities to talk together and get insight into possibilities and needs on both sides of the table.
