Indre Østfold municipality will contract Renasys Solutions AS to test a modular treatment system at Revaug facility to reduce overflows and handle hydraulic peaks from foreign water. The system meets technical needs without major infrastructure changes. The procurement is temporary, serving ~22,500 pe, handling ~3.6 million m³ sewage annually, and aims to provide data for future facility planning. The contract follows utilities regulations allowing non-competitive procurement when only one supplier can meet technical requirements and no reasonable alternatives exist.
