Finnish Customs requests tenders for subcontracted inspections of fuel samples. Finnish Customs buys the following fuel analyzing: RON analysis of gasoline according to the method EN ISO 5164 MON analysis of gasoline according to the method EN ISO 5163 The cetane number analysis of diesel according to the method EN ISO 5165 All analytical methods used shall be accreditated according the standard EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Additionally, the Customer shall reserve the right to purchase other necessary fuel-related analyses than the ones defined above. Gasoline samples BE95 E10 and BE 98 E5 RON- and MON octane number samples (4 liter canister) are about 70 samples per year and cetane number analyze from diesel oil (one liter) about 60 samples. The potential volume information presented in other documents is not binding to the Customer, but is given as an estimate. The agreement is valid until further notice. One (1) supplier will be selected for the procurement in accordance with the terms and conditions set in this call for tenders and its appendices.

An Post_391Dublin 1The Successful Tenderer will be required to provide AN POST with purchase (fuel) cards which permits the purchase of products and services on service station forecourts throughout the Republic of Ireland. The Services should be available 7 days a week, 365 days a year and ideally would like 24-hour coverage but accept this is not always possible in remote locations. The purchase (fuel) card should enable AN POST to purchase the following products/services but is not limited to • Automotive Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel • Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) Class II • Other fuel alternatives that may be required during the term of a Contract • Electrical Charging • Vehicle Washing Facilities • Lubricants • AdBlue • Screen Wash The above list may change depending on operational requirements. The Services associate with the supply of the cards must include the management and co-ordination of the purchase card services and provide access to an online management information system where data on purchases can be accessed and/or reports can be created. The Successful Tenderer must be able to provide a solution that enables card use restrictions / controls that enables the purchase of certain products/services and if required, set spending limits, enable PIN security, enable mileage tracking, anti-fraud measures. The Successful Tenderer is responsible to ensure that a network of available service stations is maintained throughout the term of this contract “Coverage”. The Services must be provided in accordance with good industry practice and comply with all relevant and applicable laws and licensing requirements.
