Sept.The Irish Prison Service (IPS) is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement for the provision of strategic and technical advisory services to support its infrastructure investment and maintenance programmes. The primary role of the service provider will be to assist and advise the IPS in strategic estate planning, feasibility assessment, project review, and ensuring and supporting the process by which its capital investment and building maintenance programmes comply with the requirements of the Infrastructure Guidelines (IGs) and Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). It is a commercial semi-state body that is responsible for the administration, promotion and development of Horse Racing in Ireland. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and HRI Racecourse Division consisting of Leopardstown Club Ltd, Fairyhouse Club Ltd., Navan Races Ltd and The Tipperary Race Co Plc, as well as a holding interest in Cork Racecourse. HRI Headquarters are located in Ballymany, Newbridge, Co Kildare. Cork Racecourse Mallow and Curragh Racecourse Limited while not subsidiaries of Horse Racing Ireland, are closely affiliated with HRI and may avail of this framework. Sept.The contracting authority currently has a framework agreement for development services, but the financial limit will be exhausted in the transition between the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2027. The call-offs on the contract have been significantly higher than originally expected. This is because the contract was established before the preliminary project for Digital grant management and before the extent of the further digitalisation commitment was clear. The aim of the new framework agreement is to ensure the Customer access to the necessary competence and/or capacity throughout the entire contract period. JuniThe aim of the procurement is to ensure NTNU, c/o the National Centre for Science Recruitment (NSR) access to relevant competence and capacity within strategic and operative communication assistance, including consultancy, content production, campaigns and further development of digital communication areas. Communication assistance is the framework agreement's main service and is expected to represent most of the activities included in the contract. As a part of the communication work, the Contracting Authority uses its own websites and digital systems as central communication areas. In order for the communication assistance to be delivered efficiently and predictable, it is necessary that these systems are stable, secure and available over time. The procurement therefore also includes hosting of the Contracting Authority's websites and technical systems (portfolio). Hosting is included in the framework agreement as a support service for the communication assistance and is provided as a fixed performance of a limited extent. The purpose of the hosting is to support the use and further development of the digital communication surfaces, not to be an independent main delivery.
