The Organisation seeks to procure a modern, secure, cloud-based Service User Database System to support service delivery, governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. The purpose of this Request for Tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to design, configure, implement, migrate and support a Service User Database to support service delivery, built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform. • Modernisation and Transformation: Implement a modern, cloud ready Solution that replaces Western Care’s existing system and significantly improves upon it. Tenderers are expected to leverage contemporary digital tools and approaches to deliver a user friendly, mobile enabled Solution that supports automation, flexibility, and future innovation. The Solution should maximise the potential of modern platforms to improve how staff work across settings, including effective use on mobile devices. • Integrated Operations: Provide Western Care staff with a single, integrated view of each service user, consolidating relevant information to support joined up working, holistic care, and informed decision making. • Collaboration and Communication: Enable improved collaboration by ensuring the Solution works effectively alongside Western Care’s existing communication and productivity tools. This should support coordinated working, task management, and access to relevant organisational guidance and information at the point of work, through familiar collaboration environments. • Security and Data Protection: Ensure the Solution meets high standards of security, data protection, and GDPR compliance, safeguarding sensitive personal data while strengthening Western Care’s ability to govern, audit, and report on information in line with legal and regulatory obligations.

Assignments will be agreed with GIZ under a defined mobilisation procedure and aligned with the programme"s annual operational planning. JuliMetroLink will be procured by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) through three major separate public contracts as well as a number of advance and enabling works contract packages addressing preparatory issues. The major contracts comprise a) two civil infrastructure contracts (the “M400 Contracts”) for the design and construction of the tunnels, shafts and portals, shell and core station structures (underground, retained cut and at grade), viaducts, and related MetroLink civil infrastructure, and b) a form of Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) contract (the “M500 Contract”) to appoint a Service Delivery Partner who will provide certain works and the integrated operation and maintenance of the public passenger transport service. This procurement process is for the award of the M500 Contract. The duration of the M500 Contract comprises a works period anticipated to be for a period of 7 years for completion of the "M500 Works" and a services period of 25 years for provision of the "M500 Services". The estimated Net Present Value (NPV) cost to the Exchequer of the service payments and capital contributions under the M500 Contract is approximately €7.3 billion (seven billion, three hundred million euros) (ex. VAT) with the Contracting Authority’s assumed construction programme plus a 25-year operating period. This NPV cost estimate is at a point in time (February 2026) and based on the Contracting Authority’s preliminary estimates of construction, operating and lifecycle costs as well as assumptions on the associated construction programme, risk allocation, finance costs, prevailing interest rates, and other factors, which are subject to change. TII proposes to award an Early Services Agreement to the Preferred Tenderer in the procurement process for the M500 Contract for the performance of certain early services during the Preferred Tenderer stage. Aug.The HAB-Hub Pilot project (PP33) aims to assess, improve and scale-up existing Earth Observation (EO) data, services and methodologies to detect in near-real-time (NRT) harmful algal bloom (HAB) events in European waters. The project will evaluate at a pan European scale the performance of methods and products already applied in existing operational EU services as well as phytoplankton bloom monitoring systems worldwide. The assessment will be carried out in retrospective mode, testing the capacity of alternative systems of successfully detecting and documenting past bloom events. The best performing system should then be evaluated during a NRT 6-month experiment. The purpose of this forthcoming contract is to provide the EO data needed for the assessment in retrospective mode, to develop a web-based platform (or dashboard) that will host the NRT experiment and will display and disseminate its results, and to run the NRT experiment with the appropriate data.
