Replacement of 6 lifts at Førde Central Hospital.
The objective of the procurement is to replace six existing passenger lifts/bed lifts from 1978. The lifts are located in the Central Block by Førde Central Hospital. The lifts have large traffic distributed over 9 floors with approx. 6-7,000 lift movements in a 24 hour period. The lifts have a payload of 1,200 kg per lift and are used by employees, patients and visitors at the hospital. All lifts have nine stops with through doors except level 0, 1 and 2 with fewer number of doors. The current lifts shall be demolished and new lifts that shall be assembled in the existing shafts shall be installed. The aim of the replacement is to install new passenger lifts for passenger and bed transport that are suitable for hospital operation. Tenderers shall take into account 24 hour staffed activities in connection with engineering design services and execution. The replacement shall be carried out in stages. Minimal downtime is crucial for the contracting authority as the lifts are frequently used by employees, patients and guests. The contract shall be carried out as a Turnkey contract where the Turnkey Contractor is also responsible for the construction work. Focus Housing Association CLG (the “Contracting Authority”) provides the housing function to the Homeless Charity Focus Ireland. Focus Ireland is one of the largest housing and homeless organisations in Ireland providing services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The charity was founded by Sr Stanislaus Kennedy as a result of research into the needs of homeless women in Dublin. Focus Ireland works with people who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes. Their main areas of operation include Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Kilkenny, Sligo, Kildare, Carlow, Tipperary, Wexford, Waterford and Clare. The Contracting Authority now wishes to seek that are suitable for development / completion for social housing. This expression of interest is the first stage in a competitive procedure with negotiation. This stage of the process will consist of an assessment of the suitability of applicants to participate in the process. Those applicants who are deemed suitable will then be invited to participate in the negotiation stage of the process. It is the intention of Focus Housing Association to acquire the freehold interest of completed developments. Flåhagen water reservoir
Ringsaker municipality shall construct a new elevated water reservoir at Flåhagen by Nordåsvegen east of the centre of Brumunddal. The new reservoir shall replace the current reservior, which is of older date and has a bad technical condition. The Flåhagen elevated basin supplies the area in Brumunddal, which is lower than the kot 190 south of the River Brumunda. The Flåhagen elevated basin is to be supplied with pumps from Narud waterworks, while pumps at the new reservoir shall supply the further up to the Spikdalen elevated basin in the higher pressure zone. A new arrival shall be established from Nordåsvegen via Testament Road to a new basin, as well as new water pipelines from Mausetvegen to the reservoir and on to the existing Water and Sewage installations at Nordåsvegen. This development is the first stage of a development that also includes a new water supply to the Spikdalen elevated basin. Spikdalen elevated basin with a new water pipeline from Flåhagen elevated basin shall be developed in the next stage to ensure sufficient capacity for future residential areas.
