Inline automatic optical inspection (AOI) with high-speed Analysis for QMI systems
Modular, fully automated prober for optical inspection and electrical contact of electronic, photonic and mi-cro‑mechanical devices — including advanced manufacturing approaches such as quasi‑monolithic integration. The system handles 200 mm wafers as well as frames, tapes, trays and comparable substrates. An end‑to‑end carrier handling system loads carriers with mounted substrates from specialized cassettes, positions them on the prober's vacuum chuck and performs fully automated alignment. A testcard/probe‑card interface is provided for electrical connection. Probe detection and fine positioning are performed automatically to ensure reproducible contact conditions. The control software supports program-mable sequence control and reference‑point based alignment. For optical inspection the system offers a movable mechanical interface to accept modular, customer‑supplied optical inspection modules (e.g., microscope with camera) with lateral and vertical adjustment. P1223 - Navigation training vessels - Pre-Qualification Phase
This procurement covers the design, construction and delivery of two identical training vessels, with an option for two additional vessels (1+1) , to the Norwegian Armed Forces. The vessels shall be used for education and training in military practical navigation, in order to ensure that the required competence of future navigators in the Royal Norwegian Navy is maintained and further developed. The training concept is based on a recurring cycle of theoretical instruction, simulator training and practical navigation. The main teaching platform is the navigation system, which must be as close to identical as possible in the simulator and on board the vessels. In this context, the training vessels serve as a platform for bringing the navigation system to sea. The vessels shall be modern, reliable and representative of current standards, with primary emphasis on safe navigation, energy-efficient operation and pedagogical suitability. The vessels shall be built in accordance with civil (DNV) class. They shall be serially built, with a high degree of standardised civil components and subsystems, in order to ensure effective competition and keep operating costs at a low level. Each vessel shall have a length of less than 24 metres, be capable of achieving a minimum speed of 18 knobs, and have a total installed engine power of less than 750 kW. ImageXpress HCS.AI Advanced System
The system will provide researchers from various research groups with a microscopy solution suitable for a wide range of current and future experimental applications. These include high-content screening of pharmacological and biological perturbations across a range of sample carriers (including microscope slides, multiwell plate formats, and specialized geometries such as U-shaped plates), quantitative analysis of physiologically relevant 3D models (including tissue samples, spheroids, and organoids), and imaging of complex co-culture systems requiring multi-compartment or insert-based configurations. Uniqueness statement: The described procurement concerns a highly specialized high-content confocal imaging system required to support advanced, large-scale biological experiments within a shared research infrastructure. The requirements define a tightly integrated combination of functionalities, including: • High-throughput plate-based acquisition of multiwell experiments (96-384 well formats) within defined time constraints, with full plate acquisition achievable in the order of 1-5 minutes for single-position imaging and ≤30-60 minutes under realistic screening conditions, including multiple imaging positions per well (≥9), multi-channel fluorescence acquisition (≥3 channels), and Z-stack acquisition (≥20 planes). Full 96-well plate confocal imaging (≥3 channels, ≥20x objective) must be achievable within ≤10 minutes at one position per well. • Confocal optical sectioning for imaging of thick 3D biological samples, with effective penetration and signal quality for structures in the range of 50-200 um (up to ~300 um depending on sample type). For this, the imaging system must be able to operate in both widefield and spinning disk confocal modes. Availability of a minimum of two (2) confocal spinning disc geometries under software control, with options optimized for different applications, such as high-resolution, high-speed, and deep-penetration imaging, with the option for future disc upgrades. • Low phototoxicity and low photobleaching imaging conditions, enabling repeated imaging of the same samples for time-lapse experiments over hours to days, including sensitive 3D cultures and live-cell assays. • High-power laser excitation (up to 800 mW) combined with a motorized XY-stage and Z control with high-precision positioning (<25 nm resolution in all axes) and the stability required for reliable time-lapse imaging of the same sites over several hours or days is needed. • A software-controlled, automated objective turret with at least six (6) positions, equipped with a range of air and water immersion objectives from 2x to 60x magnification that includes options for both high numerical aperture (NA) and extra-long working distance. The system must be equipped with a fully automated water immersion objective system with 20x and 40x water immersion objectives, and support optional magnification changes via an additional, software-selectable tube lens (1.5x). • Independent emission filter wheel (≥8 positions) and dichroic filter wheel (≥4 positions), equipped with filter sets for imaging DAPI, CFP, FITC, YFP, TRITC, TxRed, Cy5, and Cy7, or their equivalents. • Fully automated, high-content acquisition workflows, enabling reproducible imaging of large datasets (≥100-1000 imaging sites per experiment) with minimal user intervention. • A high-sensitivity sCMOS camera with high peak quantum efficiency (≥95%). The system is required to support high-speed image streaming for dynamic live-cell assays such as calcium imaging. The requirement is acquisition at ≥80 fps at full resolution and ≥100 fps at reduced resolution (using binning). • Integrated environmental control for physiologically relevant experiments with integrated gasmixer in the system for precise control of CO2 and O2 levels to create both normal and hypoxic conditions. • Integrated, high-throughput image analysis capabilities, including automated segmentation, feature extraction, and compatibility with AI machine learning-based analysis pipelines, enabling efficient processing and quantification of large-scale datasets. Possibility of importing images from 3rd party instruments for analysis is required. These requirements are not independent, but must be fulfilled simultaneously within a single, unified system architecture to ensure technical suitability, data quality, and operational feasibility. While individual elements of the required functionality may be available in other systems, available alternatives do not provide the full combination of required capabilities within a single, fully integrated high-content screening platform. In practice, alternative solutions rely on partial, modular, or loosely integrated configurations, where acquisition, automation, and analysis are handled by separate components or software environments. This prevents consistent, reproducible execution of large-scale experiments and introduces technical limitations in throughput, data consistency, and workflow integration. The ImageXpress HCS.AI Advanced platform is identified as the only system available that meets all specified requirements as an integrated solution. No alternative suppliers can deliver a technically equivalent system without introducing significant limitations that render the solution unsuitable for the intended research applications. 1. Introduction OsloBygg KF is considering to procure a digital service for condition based operational monitoring of technical installations in nurseries. The objective of the market survey is to gain better insight into the market and input from suppliers on what systems are available, what can be delivered and how such services can normally be introduced. The market survey is not a competition and the contracting authority is not requesting tenders at this point in time. Participation in the market survey gives no rights or advantages in any later procurement. 2. Provisional need The contracting authority would like input on digital systems that can monitor technical components in nurseries by using sensors, audio analysis, vibration analysis or other relevant measurement parameters. The analysis shall be carried out by KI or ML and it shall automatically alarm in the event of deviations and errors. The system is particularly relevant for: * ventilation aggregates * engines * Fans * Pumps * other relevant technical components The aim of any system is to uncover abnormal operations, errors or wear at an early stage, so that the contracting authority can carry out more targeted and preventive maintenance. Frontex Surveillance Aircraft Services with long range maritime surveillance fixed wing aircraft
Frontex is looking for EU Contractors to provide a fully-fledged service with manned fixed wing aircraft for aerial surveillance over sea which includes: a. aircraft; b. sufficient number of crew members (pilot, sensor operator, technician, etc.) in order to be able to deliver minimum 2 flight missions per day without any limitation; c. sufficient number of Liaison officer(s) in the assigned Operation Coordination Centre (Host MS ICC or Frontex HQ) during the entire deployment period, who will be working on the tasks related to the flight from 60 minutes before the moment of a take-off to 60 minutes following the landing; d. maintenance capability; e. data transmission capability via BRLOS (including near real time video streaming of the EO/IR) to the Operation Coordination Centre; f. logistical infrastructure and ground support (e.g. hangar, parking place of the aircraft, fuel, etc.); g. administrative responsibility (management of any permissions related to registration, certification, transportation, deployment, authorizations, insurances, permissions to fly, etc.) to deliver aerial surveillance over the external maritime border of the Host Country; h. the Contractor shall provide the collected data directly from the Asset to the designated Frontex Coordination Centre via BRLOS with a minimum uplink speed of 512 kbps. The Service which the Contractor shall provide under this FWC is based on mission flights where the Asset, following Frontex instructions, surveys the Area of Interest, included in the Service Deployment Area, searching for ‘objects of interest’ mandated by Frontex Regulation, and passing surveillance data and information to the Operational Coordination Centre designated by Frontex. Aircraft shall be able: - to reach the Area of Interest (surveillance area) located at a distance of more than 401NM from the Base Airport and; - deliver minimum 2.5 hours mission flight in the Area of Interest with the average speed as of approximately 150 knots, between 1000 feet and 6000 feet and return back to the base airport and; - to perform a total minimum of 6 hours of flight (excluding final reserve and contingency fuel) with 2 Frontex liaison officers on board in line with the requirements above, with the minimum mandatory Payload. These missions may also take place over Third Country (TC) waters, TC land territory, as well as to be operated from TC Base Airport. The aircraft has an approved life-raft drop capability (each life-raft has at least 10 PAX capacity, on board the total dropping capacity should secure enough life raft(s) for minimum 30 PAX) and in case of activation of life-raft drop the deployed aircraft can continue its mission flight (without an early landing) and after landing the second mission flight with full operational configuration (including life rafts) may take place within 60 minutes. Contracting Authority will consider as advantage the emergency broadcast system on the life raft 406 or 121.5 MHZ. Optionally, the aircraft can have the drop capability of life buoys able to broadcast minimum their position for at least 48 hours. The Contractor shall guarantee that the Asset is equipped with the following sensors: a. HD multi-sensor Electro-Optical/ Infrared camera for day and night operations; b. Automatic Identification System (AIS) receiver; c. Weather detection and avoidance system according to EASA and competent authorities’ prescriptions and certification requirements for the given type of Aircraft, in order to be able to perform all the type of flights requested by the prospective framework contract, following day and night IFR and VFR flight rules; d. Dedicated Maritime Surveillance Radar: minimum requirement to operate in X band and track minimum 500 simultaneous targets; e. Global navigation satellite system receiver; f. 2023/026 Provision of Outsourced Integrated Facility Management Services for Enterprise Ireland
Enterprise Ireland proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Outsourced Integrated Facility Management Services. The framework will include both scheduled services and call out cover in the event of system failures/urgent requirements. Critical events or equipment failure will demand a maximum 4 -hour response time. It will be an essential requirement of the framework that the appointed framework operator will provide call out cover and repairs within a 24-hour period in the event of a fault. The framework operator will fully comply with all statutory requirements (including but not limited to Health and Safety regulations) in the delivery of the services required under the framework (e.g. equipment maintenance). These requirements will be set out in the Scope of Requirements contained in the Tender Document at Stage 2. The framework operator will be required to maintain comprehensive records of all activities carried out to maintain the facilities. It will be a requirement of the framework that the successful framework operator demonstrates their ability to manage and to document the management of facilities in a regulated environment.
