The management, operation, maintenance and development of technical facilities in relation to the televising and distribution of Oireachtas parliamentary proceedings and the Oireachtas TV channel. As the services in question fall within the categorisation of Chapter I of Title III to Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC, the Contracting Authority is free to choose any award procedure on condition that it observes the principles of equal treatment and transparency at all times. The Contracting Authority is therefore employing a Single Stage Tendering Procedure involving Negotiation in order to award this contract. Please express an interest in this competition to receive any clarifications or updates which might occur.

Contract for the delivery of service, maintenance, repairs and storage of boats.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of service, maintenance, repairs and storage of boats belonging to the Oslo Police District (OPD) and the Police Security Service (PST), hereafter called the Contracting Authority. The contract shall include any procurement of materials connected to the boats and the service. The number of boats that the Contracting Authority has can decrease and increase during the agreement period. As a result, the Contracting Authority cannot commit to a minimum consumption/purchases on the contract. The contract shall apply to the boats that the Contracting Authority has at all times, but does not obligate the Contracting Authority to exclusively use the chosen tenderer. The sub-contracts included in this procurement are non-exclusive. The procurement is divided into four sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, several or all sub-contracts. All boats within one sub-category shall be included in each respective sub-contract. The contracting authority does not have a limited number of sub-contracts that can be awarded to one tenderer. The contracting authority reserves the right to award one, several or all sub-contracts to the same tenderer, if the total tender from this tenderer overall fulfils the award criteria better, cf. anskaffelsesforskriften (The Public Procurement Regulations) § 19-4 fifth section. The Audiovisual Unit of the European Parliament is planning to award a public contract for the provision of dark fibre links for the purpose of transporting audio, video and data signals between the European Parliament on one side, and the European Commission and the European Council on the other side. This fibre connectivity is required for the inter-institutional audiovisual live signal transmission, as well as data and file exchange. The competition is for the provision of brokerage services for the sale of Hvaler Broadband. The procurement ́s value is estimated to exceed the EEA threshold.
