Programme Development, Curation, Production and Event Management Services for Creative Brain Week 2027 and 2028
Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin ("Trinity") intends to enter into a contract with Dominic Campbell trading as Creative Aging International (CAI) for the provision of programme development, curation, production and event management services for Creative Brain Week (CBW) 2027 and 2028. Creative Brain Week is a Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) initiative at Trinity College Dublin and is supported across a range of Trinity departments and institutes. The initiative explores the intersection between brain science and creativity and its application to social development, technology, entrepreneurship, culture, wellbeing and physical, mental and brain health. It also seeks to promote interdisciplinary understanding of the neuroscience of creativity and to highlight the role of Trinity College Dublin and Ireland in this developing field. The services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: • programme development, planning, curation and implementation; • identification and engagement of themes, speakers, artists, moderators and facilitators; • speaker programme management and liaison; • development and delivery of the creative programme and exhibitions; • production management, event crewing and sourcing of equipment; • management of event logistics, including in-person and online/livestream elements; • venue front-of-house and speaker liaison; • website development and updating; • branding, public relations, marketing, promotion and online advertising; • archiving, editing and dissemination of programme content; • development and management of stakeholder partnerships; and • development of fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.
