Sept.The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement for belts within the following sub-area: Lot 1 - BELT, GALLA, GOLD/SILVER, ARMY AND BELT, PARADE, GOLD/SILVER, AIR BELT, PAINT, ARMY/AIR BELT, PARADE,SABELGEHENG, SJØDELområde 2 -BELT, PARADE, SCARF, OF, HMQ BELT, PARADE, WEB, WHITE, SEA BRACES, WHITE, F.BUTTONS, ALL Both sub areas have in addition two (2) service elements, a part for the development of new products equivalent to those in the product portfolio, and a part for the development of product drawings, as stated in the price items in Annex D Price Matrix.'The procurement ́s value and duration of the procurement ́s two lots/sub-contracts has a total estimated value of NOK 13,500,000 excluding VAT and has a total maximum amount of NOK 16,500,000 excluding VAT. This is distributed between the sub areas in the following way: The estimated value for sub-area 1 amounts to NOK 10,500,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum amount is NOK 12,900,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value for lot 2 is NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum amount is NOK 3,600,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The estimate does not involve any obligations to withdrawals or procurements over the Framework agreement. These can particularly vary depending on the completed exercises, indentation etc. during the contract period. The framework agreement period is 4 years. Other information For the assignment, a framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-area. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both sub areas. Attvin ASÅlesundThe contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for transport and treatment of hazardous building waste, from Attvin to final treatment at a certified treatment facility, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The aim is also to ensure that hazardous waste is taken care of in such a way that it does not create pollution or damage to humans or animals, or danger to it, and to contribute to an appropriate and reliable system for handling hazardous waste, cf. The Waste Regulations chapter 11. The contract is for: Waste with phthalates (e.g. floor coverings), waste that contains bronched flame retardants, waste containing chlorinated paraffins and for the options waste that includes PUR foam insulation and pressure impregnated and creosoted wood. Comments on the contract: Responsibility for the waste is to be taken over by a tenderer when the waste is charged in the tenderer ́s vehicles. The procurement is for the treatment of various types of hazardous building waste and building waste that cannot be handled together with normal household and commercial waste due to chemical, physical and/or biological qualities. Waste types included in this agreement are in accordance with the price form. Everything that is collected as hazardous waste shall be treated at a certified treatment facility. Emphasis is put on the fact that the hazardous waste in accordance with this agreement shall be directly to the final treatment facility and not the reception facility. Tenderers shall, thus, offer final treatment of the hazardous waste at one/several treatment facilities in accordance with requirements. Fractions other than what is stated may be included in this agreement. The volume of NOK shall not, nevertheless, exceed the maximum amount set for the contract. New waste types in the contract period: If new waste types are added in the contract period, it shall be possible for the customer to enter into this agreement if they do not make up a significant part of the contract. In such cases the same price calculations shall be used for new waste types as for other waste types in this contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to hold a new competition for new waste types during the contract period. Options: Options in the contract are described in the point "options" in the requirement specification.Procurement - Crushed stone, gravel and stone masses (2), 2026
Ålesund kommuneÅlesundThe contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer per part. The difference between the parts is only the geographical area that the contract applies to and that sand is only included in Part 1. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for crushed stone, gravel and rock masses in accordance with the requirement specification. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to cover the customer ́s needs at all times, in a satisfactory manner. Tenderers shall always have a sufficient storage level with crushed stone, gravel and rock masses to handle this contract. This means that the tenderer shall not run out of contract products at the tenderer ́s storage/sales place during the contract period. The range of use of the contract products is broad; roads, ditches, re-filling masses etc. There will be information on retrieval when the need arises. Attvin Produksjon ASÅlesundFrist: 11. Aug.The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the customers ́needs for collection, transportation and treatment of milled wood from Attvin Produksjon AS. The contracting authority would like as much wood as possible to be used for a certified treatment facility, for recycling. The remaining amounts shall be for energy recovery at certified incineration plants. Comments on the contract: Treatment of treated wood (defined as hazardous waste) is not a part of the agreement. •If the tenderer is not carrying out the obligations in accordance with the above, the customer has the right to. order transport and final treatment for other approved incineration plants with recycling or energy recovery at the tenderer's expense.
