The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer per part. The difference between the parts is only the geographical area that the contract applies to and that sand is only included in Part 1. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for crushed stone, gravel and rock masses in accordance with the requirement specification. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to cover the customer ́s needs at all times, in a satisfactory manner. Tenderers shall always have a sufficient storage level with crushed stone, gravel and rock masses to handle this contract. This means that the tenderer shall not run out of contract products at the tenderer ́s storage/sales place during the contract period. The range of use of the contract products is broad; roads, ditches, re-filling masses etc. There will be information on retrieval when the need arises. The types/fractions that tenders shall be submitted for are stated in the price form.

The remaining amounts shall be for energy recovery at certified incineration plants. Norsk rikskringkasting ASOSLOFrist: 19. Aug.NRK would like to establish a new parallel framework agreement for the hire of equipment and the procurement of services within lighting, sound and AV. One tenderer will be awarded the status of A-supplier. Other tenderers awarded the contract will be ranked in accordance with the evaluation criteria. NRK will hold mini competitions each year for the framework agreement for the award of productions with an estimated budget of more than NOK 1 million for the disciplines covered by the framework agreement. The framework agreement is for delivery to all of NRK, regardless of production type or genre, and includes both small and large productions nationwide. The tenderer who is given the status of A-supplier will be NRK's primary equipment supplier for productions within the contract ́s scope, with the exception of productions with an estimated budget of NOK 1 million, awarded after the annual mini-competition.
