The Borrower, Montenegro, represented by the Minister of Finance acting on behalf of the Government of Montenegro, has received financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB) in the amount of EUR 36,000,000 for the implementation of the Montenegro Education Programme. Additional funding has been secured through national contribution. The Borrower intends to apply a portion of these funds to eligible payments under the contract(s) for which this Contract Notice is issued. The procurement procedure will be carried out in line with EIB Guide to Procurement for projects financed by the EIB (GtP) Accessible at: https://www.eib.org/en/publications/20240132-guide-to-procurement-for-projects-financed-by-the-eib.htm Purpose of this tender process is to provide consultancy services related to the preparation of the Main design for the construction of an elementary school in Zabjelo, Podgorica. The Consultant must fulfil certain Qualification Criteria in accordance with requirement to proof: Legal Capability; Financial Capability; Experience and Technical Capacity, further described within tender document. Firms originating from all countries of the world are eligible to tender for service contracts. In addition, individuals or firms may not be eligible to tender in application of GtP section 1.4 on Ethical Conduct. Alternative Proposals shall not be considered. Maximum number of members in the JV shall be: Four (4) In addition to the original of the Proposal, the number of copies is: three (two printed copies and one copy in electronic media, such us USB flash drive or similar) Bidders shall not have the option of submitting their Proposals electronically. Proposal offers received exceeding the stated contract value (i.e EUR 200,000 excluding VAT) will be rejected.

Aug.PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services for planning, implementing and preparing a report for waste analyses. In accordance with the Waste Regulation chapter 10a, REG is obligated to ensure the sorting and material recovery of several waste types. In order to substantiate the sorting requirements, as well as quality requirements and the necessary costs for the collection and waste management in the manufacturer responsibility schemes, it is decisive to have an overview of the composition of the waste in REG ́s different waste streams. There can also be a need for waste analyses or other surveys in order to increase knowledge on the composition of bulky waste, household like business waste or to measure the effect of campaigns etc. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 6 million. The estimates are only a guideline and are without obligation for the Contracting Authority.
