NTNUTrondheimNTNU shall enter into a joint contract for inspections of fire alarm systems, and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing installations, for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the extinguishing installations in order for them to function as intended. Maintenance is limited to troubleshooting, repairing and replacing components for systems where this is described in this agreement. The contract includes the following: · Fire alarm installations - This is where clean annual inspections of the installations are carried out. · Extinguishing system - Inspection and service agreement with the necessary maintenance. See Annex 1 Requirement Specifications and Annex 3a Price Form, for a more detailed description of the delivery and an overview of the different installations. The planned start-up for the new agreement is in the medio August. This year's checks of fire alarm systems are carried out in the first half of 2026, so that in 2026 checks remain of extinguishing installations and extinguishing centres, which shall be carried out in autumn 2026. The new contracting authority will be responsible for implementing these. The maintenance of the fire alarm systems is included in NTNU ́s framework agreements for electrical services, so that this maintenance work is not included in the framework agreement. Sept.The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of sprinkler systems and manual extinguishing systems for Vestre Viken HF. The framework agreement includes: • Sprinkler installations and the accompanying fire installations: Initial inspections, annual inspections and service of sprinkler installations (including water mist installations, inert/gas extinguishing installations and service of sprinkler valves) in accordance with the FG regulations. The agreement also includes inspections and maintenance of smoke ventilation and smoke hatches at the locations where such systems are installed. The inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the current rules, relevant standards and the manufacturer ́s instructions.• Option for manual extinguishing system: Annual inspection and service of hand extinguishers and annual inspection of fire hoses. The contracting authority is gradually planning to establish its own capacity to carry out all or parts of the service. The extent of the call-offs under the option can therefore be reduced during the agreement period. The laundry was started in 2003 and delivers to all municipal nursing homes in Ringerike and Hole, as well as most hotels in the region. The objective of the procurement The contracting authority intends to procure new production equipment for the laundry as a part of upgrading and streamlining of the existing industrial laundry.
