The procurement is for a framework agreement for services connected to electrical control, thermographing and service/maintenance of ventilation systems at RfD ́s recycling stations and loading station. The waste management company for drammensregionen IKS (RfD) is an intermunicipal company owned by five municipalities: Drammen, Lier, Modum, Sigdal and Øvre Eiker. The company ensures collection and recycling of household waste in these five municipalities. The tender documentation and annexes make up the complete tender documentation. In the event of contradictions between the information in the notice and the competition documents, the information in the competition documents applies.

Sept.The waste management company for drammensregionen IKS (RfD) plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for electrical control and ventilation service, for its recycling and reloading stations. The framework agreement will consist of two sub-contracts; one contract for inspections and thermographing of electrical installations etc. and one contract for service and maintenance of a ventilation system. As part of the preparation of the competition, the contracting authority wants a dialogue with the market before the competition is announced. The aim of the dialogue is to get input for the tender documentation so that it is clear, competitive and feasible for suppliers. The contracting authority would like general feedback on the attached price form and the two requirement specifications, including whether something is unclear, unreasonable or unnecessary costly. MOSS KOMMUNALE EIENDOMSSELSKAP KFMossMoss kommunale eiendomsselskap KF intends to enter into a framework agreement for electrician services and inspections of electrical installations. Moss municipality can also enter into the agreement. The procurement is divided into two lots. Sub-tender 1 concerns electrician services and it will be entered into as a parallel framework agreement. Lot 2 concerns inspections of electrical installations and will be signed with one tenderer. Sept.The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for ventilation filters and belts for the operation and maintenance of properties, buildings and sites in the municipalities of Romerike and Hadeland, as well as contribute to the best possible indoor air in premises with ventilation installations.Framework agreement for inspections of fire alarms and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing systems.
NTNUTrondheimNTNU shall enter into a joint contract for inspections of fire alarm systems, and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing installations, for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the extinguishing installations in order for them to function as intended. Maintenance is limited to troubleshooting, repairing and replacing components for systems where this is described in this agreement. The contract includes the following: · Fire alarm installations - This is where clean annual inspections of the installations are carried out. · Extinguishing system - Inspection and service agreement with the necessary maintenance. See Annex 1 Requirement Specifications and Annex 3a Price Form, for a more detailed description of the delivery and an overview of the different installations. The planned start-up for the new agreement is in the medio August. This year's checks of fire alarm systems are carried out in the first half of 2026, so that in 2026 checks remain of extinguishing installations and extinguishing centres, which shall be carried out in autumn 2026. The new contracting authority will be responsible for implementing these. The maintenance of the fire alarm systems is included in NTNU ́s framework agreements for electrical services, so that this maintenance work is not included in the framework agreement. The Tender documentation is therefore split into 2 lots to reflect this, however, one single operator/entity may be successful in both lots, once they can meet the specific conditions needed to qualify for the reserved competition. The assignment includes energy assessments of technical installations, modernisation, new installation, service and maintenance of ventilation and comfort cooling systems, cooling systems for computer rooms, refrigerating and freezing rooms, dampers, function control of kitchen extraction as well as heat pumps in Oslobygg KF ́s property portfolio. The objective of the agreement is to: * to fulfil the indoor climate and environment through economic and stable operation of technical installations. * maintaining the system ́s technical standard that contributes to a long lifetime. * environmentally friendly material use and low resource consumption, as well as low greenhouse gas emissions connected to transport
