Statens innkjøpssenter v/DFØOsloThe objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of external professional and methodic assistance for the Coordination Project in DFØ. The coordination project shall map and analyse coordination possibilities across DFØ ́s divisions and propose a prioritised list of relevant measures. The project will be carried out in three phases. Sept.The objective of this activity is to carry out the detailed design and manufacturing of a subassembly for the EU-Horizon 2050 funded project PANDORA (OPEN FAN VALIDATION FOR CARBON-FREE AIRCRAFTS | PANDORA | Projekt | Informationsblatt | HORIZON | CORDIS | Europäische Kommission) Open Fan Wind Tunnel Mode Test Article, whose preliminary design has been carried out by the PANDORA consortium. The status of the design is deemed to be mature enough to proceed to the detailed design phase. The preliminary aerodynamic shape of the rotor is frozen but during the detailed design phase interactions with the subcontractor are expected to ease the detailed mechanical design alleviating stress concentration in selected features of the rotor to maximise rotor life. The rig is expected to operate in two different facilities. The first installation is a low-speed wind tunnel operating at atmospheric conditions. Maximum Mach number is expected to be around 0.25. The second facility is a high-speed wind tunnel opera ng at sub-ambient conditions and a maximum Mach number of around 0.8 The expected outer and inner radii of the rotor are approximately 300 mm and 100 mm, respectively, and thus the blade height is approximately 200 mm. The number of rotor blades has been fixed to 12. The es mated maximum speed is about 7,700 rpm. The rotor is expected to feature a variable pitch mechanism that will be manually actuated at rest. The subcontractor, as responsible of all the rotating parts, will also design and manufacture a device to measure the pitch setting of all the blades before the rig opera on. The contractor will not use Level 2 subcontractors for critical components (most notably the Rotating Sha Balance), but will only utilize subcontractors for small parts or accessories. In the event of any doubts, the contractor will submit proposals in the ROM. DLR will request on-site support to operate the Rotating Shaft Balance during three weeks of testing. Statens vegvesenMossFrist: 16. Sept.Nygårdstunnelen in Bergen was opened in 1999 and is 864 metres long. The tunnel runs from the Puddefjord Bridge to Nygårdstangen, with exit ramps at O.J. Brochsgate. There are 2 lanes from the Puddefjord Bridge, whilst there are 1 lanes from O.J. Brochs gate. These meet in the tunnel so that there are 3 lanes at the exit and entrance at Nygårdstangen. The annual daily traffic is approx. 45,000. The tunnel shall be upgraded in accordance with the tunnel safety regulations and equipment in and outside the tunnel shall be replaced and replaced with new equipment that meets the current requirements. This includes, among other things: • New ventilation system. • New lighting installations with both new lights in the tunnel roof and continuous evacuation lights. • Extinguishing water shall be set up for the fire brigade. New system for handling emissions and tunnel washing water that fulfils emission requirements. • New signage with barriers, lane signal and variable signs. • Emergency stations with fire extinguishers and telephones. • Camera with coverage throughout the entire tunnel, which gives an alarm during events. • New technical building in the tunnel in the existing mountain room. • A new stop section shall be established at the technical building. • Demolition of existing air treatment plant.Procurement of a framework agreement for electrical material.

Sept.The Norwegian Coastal Administration shall enter into a framework agreement with tenderers for electrical material for use at the Norwegian Coastal Administration's installations along the Norwegian coast. The framework agreement will be signed with two tenderers who can deliver a wide range of electrical material. Okt.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Foreign Ministry) is planning to announce a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of armoured vehicles. The contracting authority shall establish a contract for the procurement of standardised vehicles, either armoured at the factory or by alteration companies. The armour ring shall be in accordance with European standards. The main content of the delivery will be (i) the vehicles themselves (type SUV/Mini-van), (ii) possibility of fulfilment of various specifications and modifications to the vehicles, and (iii) option for delivery of the vehicles in different degrees of armour. The tender documentation will have a number of specific requirements for the vehicles, where orders can vary. This includes i.a. requirements for the possibility of delivery of vehicles with different degrees of armour, and other functional and technical modifications. Some specific requirements are described in point 2.1 in the Invitation to Market Dialogue. The objective of the market dialogue is to clarify which competition criteria the market can fulfil, as well as what room the contracting authority has to take care of its needs, any guidelines and considerations for equal treatment of the participants in the competition. SETESDAL MILJØ & GJENVINNING IKSEvjeFrist: 07. Sept.Setesdal Environment and Recycling needs to procure a new hook lorry/sanitation vehicle. The aim of the procurement is to cover the company ́s need for an operationally robust and appropriate hook vehicle/sanitation vehicle for use in a large geographical area, including for use during some long trips. The vehicle shall have a range of minimum 500 km without filling or charging. There shall also be sufficient filling or charging possibilities between Evje and Hovden for the offered vehicle and its offered fuel technology. This means that the vehicle shall be able to return from Evje and then drive a further 150 km without the need for filling or charging under all conditions. The contracting authority would like tenders for an option for a service contract at the highest level for the offered vehicle. The option shall ensure the contracting authority access to a comprehensive and predictable service and maintenance system in the contract period. The contract shall contribute to high uptime, good operational stability and predictability connected to ongoing operational costs.
