Aug.The Norwegian Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for the provision of services related to the case and archive system. DFØ is the government ́s trade body for financial management, good decision basis for government initiatives, organisation and management in the state, as well as procurements in the public sector and administration of the government ́s joint procurement agreements. The company also provides joint services within wages and accounts, as well as employer support to government entities. DFØ has overall responsibility for development within its disciplines. The objective of the procurement is to cover DFØ ́s need for a future orientated system for case handling and archiving. The current system is based on Acos WebSak as a locally installed (on-premise) system operated by DFØ. The system currently supports relatively simple case processing, whilst a significant part of the archiving occurs through integrations with other systems and national joint components. DFØ needs to procure a modern system delivered as a service (SaaS), where the tenderer is responsible for the operation, management and further development. The system shall support efficient and secure case processing and archiving, as well as be able to be integrated with relevant internal systems and national joint components. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, cf. the current rules for public procurements. Tenderers shall first submit a request for participation, and then for those who are qualified , submit tender offers in accordance with the tender documentation. Aug.Midtre Namdal Avfallsselskap IKS (later referred to as MNA) invites interested tenderers to submit tenders for the engineering design of a preliminary project and prepare tender documentation for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new waste facility in skage industrial area in Overhalla municipality. MNA currently has its main facility for a waste disposal facility at Sandmoen in Overhalla municipality. The administration is located in Barlia in the same municipality. Retura-NT AS and ReTrans AS (department Namsos) are currently located in joint premises at Spillum in Namsos. NTNUTrondheimNTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs. The contracting authority is different departments and faculty at NTNU, Rise PFI AS and Sintef, each of which is the owner and orderer for their plants. As the procurement includes changes and further development of the existing software, only the original supplier has the necessary access to and competence in the source code in order to implement the changes in a secure and reliable manner. This is necessary in order to ensure the system's functionality and security. The contract is planned to be awarded Bosch Rexroth AS, who is a supplier of the relevant system and has the necessary competence for delivery, installation and follow-up.
