Landsvirkjun would like to invite you to take part in our Preliminary Market Consultation for steam control valves that will be located in the T/G Unit valve room and form the HP separator pressure control and bypass arrangement, as indicated on P&ID drawing THT-P-LBK-T0-0515. Their primary function is to reduce the pressure of high-pressure steam that is not routed through the T/G Unit, from 27 bara to 9.3 bara, before the steam enters the existing medium-pressure system. The HP steam separator is designed for a maximum steam flow of 176 kg/s, which represents the maximum steam flow expected to be handled through the steam control valves. The T/G Unit is designed for flexible operation and variable load conditions, where the steam flow through the turbine may change depending on available steam, operating mode, start-up, shutdown, load changes and maintenance requirements. The steam control valves shall therefore be suitable for operation across a wide flow range and shall be capable of supporting stable pressure reduction from the HP steam system to the MP steam system during both partial bypass and full bypass operation. Special attention shall be given to the risk of H₂S-induced embrittlement and sulphide stress cracking, as well as the potential for SiO₂ scaling in high-temperature geothermal service. Vendors shall seek to minimize wear of valve components and noise emissions and shall avoid the use of plates or other components liable to clogging due to scaling.

Rijksuniversiteit GroningenGroningenFrist: 30. JuliIntroduction Within the University of Groningen (UG), at the Groningen Research Institute of Pharmacy, the Pharmaceutical Analysis Group studies cell behaviour and nanoparticle dynamics in physiologically relevant microenvironments, with a particular focus on microfluidic devices and hydrogel-based platforms. A central aspect of this research is the ability to engineer precisely defined biochemical and physical microenvironments at the sub-micron scale, and to observe how cells and particles respond to these environments over time. To address the research questions arising in this context, an advanced inverted fluorescence microscope is required, capable of supporting both high-precision imaging and laser patterning of microenvironments, long-term live imaging of dim fluorescent samples across extended timescales of 24 hours or more, and real-time closed-loop experiment control, where imaging data must be processed and acted upon during acquisition rather than after the fact. To enable sub-micron laser photopatterning, the microscope must support stable and validated integration with the Alveole Primo2 system, a laser-based photopatterning module which will be available in the group. Together, these requirements place stringent demands on the optical performance, mechanical stability, and computational capabilities of the microscope. Please see the market consultation document for further information.Market Consultation CCTV DVR For VIRMm1
NS Groep N.V.UtrechtFrist: 30. Aug.NS is preparing a potential procurement for the replacement of the existing CCTV digital video recorders (DVRs) in the VIRMm1 fleet. The current CCTV installation uses analogue cameras and coaxial cabling. The existing DVRs are approaching the end of their technical and economic life, failure rates are increasing and replacement components are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain. Through this market consultation, NS wishes to determine: • which market participants are able and willing to supply a suitable DVR solution; • whether standard, configurable or tailor-made DVR solutions are available; • whether the proposed DVR can operate with the existing analogue cameras, cabling and train interfaces; • which limited adaptations, if any, are required for installation and operation; • how availability, maintenance, repair and lifecycle support can be safeguarded for the remaining operational life of the VIRMm1 fleet. Depending on the outcome of this market consultation, NS may initiate a competitive procurement procedure or consider another procedure permitted under the applicable procurement legislation. No decision regarding the procurement procedure, supplier selection or award of a contract has been taken at this stage.Market dialogue - Mobile workstations with software for Helse Vest

TenneT TSO B.V.ArnhemFrist: 04. Sept. The Transmission System Operators (TSOs) of the Central Europe Capacity Calculation Region are conducting a preliminary market consultation on development and implementation of a Common IT platform and associated business capabilities to support the Coordinated Security Analysis (CSA) process which runs load-flow calculations, contingency analysis and allows for the coordination of remedial actions among participating parties. The tool shall support this “Common CSA process” in the day-ahead (DA) and intraday (ID) timeframes; first go-live of the common CSA process in the region is targeted for 2029, preceded by a parallel run. The intent is to publish a European tender in Q1 2027 for the CSA Platform. This common CSA solution is the first implementation step towards the long-term process goal, which also includes an optimization of remedial actions, and cost sharing thereof. To support this evolution, the solution for common CSA process must be designed for scalability and long-term sustainability, leveraging open standards, modular architecture, documented interfaces, and technologies that minimize dependency on proprietary products, vendor-specific expertise, or closed ecosystems. The common CSA solution should allow to be extended with additional business capabilities and modules over time (e.g. Remedial Action Optimization module, Cost-Sharing process), to support the target processes (Regional Operational Security Coordination and Cost Sharing).Market consultation advanced maskless photopatterning system
Rijksuniversiteit GroningenGroningenFrist: 26. JuliIntroduction Within the University of Groningen (UG), at the Groningen Research Institute of Pharmacy, the Pharmaceutical Analysis Group studies cell behaviour in physiologically relevant microenvironments, with a particular focus on microfluidic devices and hydrogel-based platforms. A central aspect of this research is the ability to engineer precisely defined biochemical and physical microenvironments at the sub-micron scale, in which cells can then be imaged and observed over time. To address the research questions arising in this context, an advanced maskless photopatterning system is required, capable of three functions within a single device: micropatterning of biomolecules for defining regions where cell can adhere, three-dimensional structuration of UV-sensitive hydrogels for structuring the mechanical environments of the cells, and microfabrication of microfluidic channels for enabling control of the biochemical environment of the cells. These three functions must be reconfigurable on demand and in real time, and the system must mount on an inverted fluorescence microscope, so that patterning can be performed at precisely imaged locations and in closed loop with observed cell behaviour. Together, these requirements place stringent demands on the patterning resolution, design flexibility, multi-function capability, and microscope integration of the instrument. See the market consultation document for futher information.
