Helse Vest IKT plans to implement a regional procurement of mobile work stations (trolleys) for use in Helse Vest RHF and the accompanying health companies and non-profits. The work stations shall be used in patient environments and form an important part of the clinical work flow at the hospitals. The procurement includes both mobile workstations and accompanying software. The software shall be able to be integrated with Helse Vest ́s existing system portfolio and support effective, secure and user friendly use of the workstations in clinical operation. The evaluation will therefore include an overall assessment of both hardware and software, including the interaction between them.

Aug.OFA IKS invites potential suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned procurement of a framework agreement for cleaning products with the accompanying services, as well as an option for robotic cleaning. The aim of the dialogue is to inform the market about the planned procurement and at the same time obtain input that can contribute to designing a tender documentation that provides good total economy, relevant environmental requirements and appropriate contract mechanisms over time. OFA IKS particularly wants input on the price model, assortment, limitations between product categories, handling smaller and larger machines, as well as how robotic cleaning can best be offered as an option in the framework agreement. We would also like to get market assessments of requirements for transport, follow-up, training, support and development in the market. The dialogue meetings will be held as individual meetings with representatives from OFA IKS and up to three representatives from each supplier. The meetings can be held physically at OFA IKS, Kjøita 40 in Kristiansand, or digitally via Teams, for 60-90 minutes. These services are provided partly through separate health companies and partly through contracts with private providers of specialist health services. Helse Vest RHF would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of first consultations of patients with questions about COPD, asthma, dyspne or prolonged coughing from a private tenderer. Helse Vest RHF undertakes this procurement primarily to relieve Helse Stavanger HF and reduce waiting times in the health company. The service shall be provided in Stavanger. SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØJustification for award: Helse Førde Health Trust intends to procure one toe pressure meter for clinical use at the surgical department. A procurement contract will be signed with Perimed AB, as well as an accompanying framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables. The equipment shall be able to be used to map load distribution and pressure under the toes by both static and any dynamic load. The equipment will be a part of reviewing and following-up patients with circulation problems, including patients with diabetes, wounds, neuropathy, amputation levels and orthopaedic conditions in order to diagnose. On 12.06.2025 a market survey was published to map the market for toe pressure meters. The market survey was deadline 23.06.2025. One of the absolute requirements from the trade group was that the apparatus had to be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Based on the responses given, only Perimed AB could offer a toe pressure meter that met the requirement. Helse Førde needs equivalent equipment that Helse Bergen procured, and has set equivalent requirements that the apparatus must be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Perimed AB is, according to what we know, the only supplier of toe pressure meters that together fulfils the need. Aug.As hydrogen infrastructure is expected to be established in Denmark, there is a need for a market system that can support three key market management processes. At the same time, the existing methane infrastructure will need to be supported by a new system solution. Nomination – The shipper informs Energinet of the desired transportation quantity for a given time period as the basis for matching and balancing. Nominations and renominations are expected to be submitted at 15-minute intervals. Matching – Ensuring that transported quantities are aligned between two system operators with corresponding opposite values. Allocation – Ensuring correct allocation of physical measurements and the commercial outcome of matching as the basis for balance calculation and system management. A similar need exists for methane, as the intention is to harmonize the systems for methane and hydrogen. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify available software solutions in the market that can support the processes described above. Energinet wishes to explore whether standard systems are available that can be configured to support both methane and hydrogen in separate instances with different configurations. The solution is expected to comply with applicable EU rules for the transportation of methane and hydrogen. The expected meeting duration is two hours. Implementation and go-live must be completed by the end of June 2029. Description of the procurement: Energinet is exploring the possibility of procuring a market system that can support key business processes related to the operation and development of a hydrogen market. The system must also support the existing methane market. It is expected to handle and support market processes such as nomination, matching and allocation, as well as data exchange between relevant market participants and internal and external systems. The procurement is expected to cover an overall solution capable of supporting both functional and technical needs, including configuration, integration, testing, implementation, documentation, operations, support and ongoing maintenance. It has not yet been determined whether the solution should be based on a standard solution, a configurable platform, custom development or a combination of these. Energinet’s preference is to make maximum use of standard and configurable functionality. Through the market dialogue, Energinet wishes to obtain market input on possible solution models, delivery approaches, implementation processes, dependencies, risks and commercial conditions. This input will be used to qualify the further work on requirements, scope, timeline and a potential tender strategy. After 7 September, Energinet expects to select 3-5 suppliers to be invited to participate in dialogue meetings starting in week 37.
