The framework agreements shall cover the need for services in connection with service, maintenance, replacements and new procurements of electrical installations. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed for each sub-contract, with up to 3 tenderers per sub-contract, to the extent that the number of received tenders and qualified tenderers enables.
