This involves work that ensures that the furniture maintains its quality and functionality by wear or the like. The sub-contract is aimed at maintenance work that is generally carried out at the organisation without extensive disassembly and special parts etc. The services included in the sub-contract are not limited to, but can, for example, be the following: * Maintenance work * Simple repairs (minor damage, wear, loose parts etc.) * Spot removal and impregnation * Re-tensioning screws etc. * Cleaning and maintenance of textiles and surfaces * Condition Checks * Other related services

Aug.The objective of the framework agreements is to facilitate conditions for cost efficient procurements of good design and high quality furniture, which at the same time are environmentally friendly and contribute to a circular economy for all ministries. It is necessary to procure office furniture such as panel furniture, office chairs, environment furniture and interior, including textiles and interior such as curtains, carpets, sound absorbers etc. and for facilitating functioning office work stations for all employees as well as supplementing the new government quarter. In addition furniture and interior shall also be procured for the Government's representation facility (including the Prime Minister ́s residence), commuter residences and foreign stations thereof. The list is not exhaustive. The procurement shall also include additional services such as interior architect services, repairs and maintenance, upgrading and drawing of existing furniture, as well as further mediation of existing furniture holding for reuse and securing optimum material recovery. The tenderer is required to offer the purchase of new furniture as well as leasing so that flexibility is taken care of when changing or moving to new areas/premises. The need will change in line with organisational changes. In addition it is important to be able to supplement or adapt furniture for changed needs at work. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 52,000,000 - 104,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. NTNUTrondheimNTNU shall enter into a joint contract for inspections of fire alarm systems, and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing installations, for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the extinguishing installations in order for them to function as intended. Maintenance is limited to troubleshooting, repairing and replacing components for systems where this is described in this agreement. VENNESLA KOMMUNEVenneslaFrist: 30. Sept.Background Vennesla municipality needs to renew the existing contract for electrician services and electrical material. The municipality has some electro competence, but it does not cover the total need for ongoing assignments, acute events, stand-by and assignments that require special professional competence. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the municipality predictable access to external assistance for work in municipal buildings and on technical installations. The framework agreement shall contribute to the necessary work being carried out with the correct capacity, availability and quality and at the same time give the municipality flexibility in connection with work stoppages, absence and operational critical situations. The procurement shall also cover the municipality ́s need for electro material, both as a part of the service delivery and for separate procurements when appropriate. The framework agreement shall cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for electrical services, including work that, due to regulatory or capacity reasons, cannot be carried out itself. Tenderers shall be able to provide qualified professional personnel with relevant competence for assignments that are ordered under the contract. Sept.Veas has a continual need for mechanical services, industrial plumbing and other relevant maintenance work connected to the operation and upgrading of equipment and treatment plant at Veas. Veas is commissioning a new dewatering facility at the beginning of 2027, and the extent of the mechanical services connected to the start-up and operation of this part of the plant is uncertain. The contracting authority needs parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers within mechanical maintenance and pipe work. The framework agreement period is 4 years and the estimated value is NOK 60 million. The contracting authority requires a prioritised customer and that work shall start within 48 hours on weekdays if needed. The tender deadline is shortened to 10 days by use of a prior information notice in accordance with the procurement regulations (FOA) § 20-3 fourth paragraph.
