ZAL (Hamburg): Test bench consisting of a climate and altitude chamber to operate hydrogen powered fuel cell systems at the Hanseatic Hydrogen Center for Aviation and Maritime (H2AM)
The following requirements apply to the test bench needed to operate hydrogen-powered fuel cell systems at ZAL: -The size of the expected test objects will be minimum 4 m x 1 m x 1.5 m (L x W x H). The test bench shall therefore consist of a climate and altitude chamber, the necessary aggregates to operate the fuel cell system and a ready-to-use operators user interface. -The climate and altitude chamber shall be able to simulate temperature, pressure and humidity according to International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) with a rate of change equivalent to 2.800 ft/min. -Aggregates to operate the fuel cell system shall include but are not limited to a balance of plant power supply, an electric load, a hydrogen supply system, a cooling system and an air system for the supply of the fuel cell systems cathode path. -All operational parts shall be controlled via a ready-to-use semi-automated central control system which allows the customer to run scripted test procedures as well as to use single operating points. -All legal and regulatory requirements for an operation in Europe, Germany and the city of Hamburg must be applied. -ZAL already operates supply infrastructures for hydrogen, process air, power supply etc., which will be extended to supply the test bench. The extension of the supply infrastructure is not part of this tender. PQQ for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Flue Gas Abatement System at Medite Europe DAC
MEDITE Europe DAC is invites expressions of interest from experienced and qualified companies for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a flue gas abatement system and associated ancillaries for a biomass boiler installation. A system will be required to treat the boiler flue gas stream and reduce particulate emissions in order to support safe, reliable and compliant plant operation. The proposed solution shall be suitable for the defined operating conditions, including flue gas flow, temperature, moisture content and dust loading, and shall be capable of integration with the existing boiler, draft system, stack and plant control infrastructure. The scope is expected to include, as applicable, the main abatement equipment, inlet and outlet ductwork interfaces, support steelwork, access platforms, insulation, ash collection and discharge arrangements, instrumentation, controls, electrical integration, and all associated ancillaries necessary for a complete and operable system. The system should be designed to achieve the required emissions performance while maintaining acceptable pressure drop, operability, maintainability and safe access for inspection and maintenance. The proposed equipment must be of proven industrial technology and conform to best practice design principles and all relevant European legislation and standards, including CE marking where applicable. The successful contractor shall be expected to undertake detailed engineering, equipment manufacture and supply, delivery to site, erection, testing, commissioning, performance verification, operator training and handover of the complete system, together with the provision of all relevant drawings, manuals and technical documentation. It is anticipated that this pre-qualification process will be followed by technical proposal evaluation and a subsequent detailed tendering stage for the selected bidders. - Dublin Port Company_411DublinFrist: 28. Supply of Pilot Boat(s)
Dublin Port Company (hereinafter called “DPC”) is the authority responsible for this procurement. DPC is a self-financing Designated Activity Company (DAC), wholly owned by the State, whose business is the management of Dublin Port, Ireland’s premier port. Established as a corporate entity in 1997, DPC is responsible for the management, control, operation and development of the port, whilst providing facilities, services, accommodation, and lands within the harbour for the use of ships, goods, and passengers. DPC utilises several terminals to serve the travelling public and import and export cargo. Total throughput for 2025 was circa 36 million gross tonnes, with 6,649 ship arrivals. On the passenger side, 1.7 million travelled through the Port in 2025. DPC intends to procure for the design, construction, and commissioning of modern purpose-built pilot boat(s) to join its existing fleet to support safe, efficient pilotage operations 24/7/365 in Irelands busiest port. Operating in Dublin Bay and the Irish Sea the boat(s) should be approximately 15.5m to 17.5m in length and capable of accommodating a crew of 2 and up to 6 pilots. The boat(s) shall deliver the highest standards of operational safety, reliability and crew protection with a design that is robust and fit for year-round offshore conditions. The boat(s) shall have a strong emphasis crew safety and safe pilot transfer through appropriate layout, access arrangements, fendering, and seakeeping performance. The design should incorporate modern, environmentally efficient technologies and principles, including consideration of fuel efficiency, emissions reduction and overall lifecycle sustainability. The boat(s) must comply with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, particularly the Irish Passenger Boat Regulations for a Class P5 vessel, as well as relevant classification society rules and marine safety standards.” To promote responsible and sustainable supply chain www.dublinport.ie practices in line with industry best practice, DPC has partnered with Achilles, a leading global provider of supply chain risk management services.
