This competition is made up of four (4) Work Packages (WPs) with Work Package 4 being for Optional Services which may or may not be availed of at SEAI’s discretion. Work Package 3: Capacity Development and Technical Assistance for Financial Services Providers: strengthens the institutional capacities of 5 financial services providers across the same seven operational areas and builds the capacities of at least 120 employees (50 of which are women) in the financial service sector.
