The contracting authority needs to enter into a new contract for the delivery of websites for sandnes.kommune.no. The delivery shall include operation and maintenance of the system, as well as options for further development. The choice of websites and supplier thereof is a strategically important choice for Sandnes kommune and it will be decisive to achieve the aim sandnes kommune has set out to be an efficient and attractive workplace for the employees and be able to offer the municipality ́s inhabitants good and facilitated information on the municipality ́s services as well as user friendly and future orientated internet self-service systems. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract over a period of four years, including options and any further development, can be in the range of NOK 1,800,000 excluding VAT and NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer. Subject to changes due to changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity. About the assignment The contracting authority needs a new backup system for backup and backup operation. The licence shall also be able to be used by all associated works, which shall be communicated for a quarter time leading the accounts for – to the church church joint council/parish, municipal supervisory board (KF), municipal co-operation (KO) and intermunicipal company (IKS). participants in the procurement: Fitjar, Bømlo and Stord municipalities. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of digital services where the nature of the procurement means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environment, as the requirements and criteria that are aimed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf.
