Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: To facilitate the financial sustainability of basin plans through development of legally sound resource mobilisation mechanisms, regulatory instruments and budget-integration procedures, and through strengthened legal and regulatory capacity of basin council staff and public officials, under the methodological and consultative support of IC3. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
