Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: To facilitate the financial sustainability of basin plans through financial‑economic analysis, development of mechanisms for mobilizing additional and innovative resources, integration of basin planning into the national budgetary process, and strengthening the capacity of basin council staff and public officials, under the methodological and consultative support of IC3. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
