Dieser basiert auf dem Kauf der Geräte und einem seitenbasierten oder verbrauchsbasierten Abrechnungsmodell inklusive der Bereitstellung von Serviceleistungen, Installation des Druckermanagements, des Pull-Printing, der zentralen OCR, des Report-ing zur internen Verrechnung und der Lieferung von Verbrauchsmate-rialien (mit Ausnahme des Papiers). Als Betriebszeit eines Gerätes wer-den zumindest 5 Jahre mit optionalen Verlängerungen der Serviceleis-tungen angestrebt. Es ist geplant sämtliche österreichischen Standorte des Auftraggebers in Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland inklusive der Zentrale in Maria Enzersdorf mit Multifunction Printer (MFP) aus diesem Vertrag auszustatten.

Scope of Services: (1) Provision and leasing of network multifunction office machines for the proposed Document Stations of ESCAP, capable of printing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying, on a cost-per-copy basis. (2) Provision of all necessary consumables and supplies, excluding printing/copy paper, required for the operation of the leased multifunction machines. (3) Provision of maintenance, repair, technical support, and replacement of parts as required to ensure reliable operation and availability of the multifunction machines throughout the contract period. Contract Duration: The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, for a maximum total contract duration of five (5) years. Sept.Experienced and qualified companies are invited to express interest and prequalify to provide Managed Print Services (Printing, Plotting & Scanning) (Bechtel commodity code UD82) in support of the construction of the Poland Nuclear Power Plant. The Project is expected to adopt a Managed Print Services (MPS) model combining supplier-provided equipment, technical support, consumables management and scalable service support across multiple project locations. The selected service provider will supply the technical core of the service, including multifunction devices, printers, plotters, scanning capability, maintenance support, consumables replenishment (exclusive of paper) and service management processes. The service provider will be expected to support project offices and future project locations through a flexible service model capable of accommodating changes in device quantities, user populations and project footprint throughout the Project lifecycle. The anticipated scope is expected to include offices located in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia and the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Jobsite, together with other future project locations as required. Based on current planning assumptions, the Project anticipates a managed fleet of approximately 20-25 devices, including standard multifunction printers (MFPs), plotters, scanners and other specialized wide-format equipment. The equipment fleet is expected to be distributed across multiple project offices and site locations and may increase or decrease throughout the Project lifecycle in response to staffing levels, operational requirements and project expansion. The service provider will be responsible for maintaining equipment availability, supporting device installation, managing consumables, providing preventive maintenance and responding to service requests in accordance with service level requirements detailed in the RFQ. The Project may require document reproduction, printing, plotting, scanning and related document support services necessary to support engineering, construction and project execution activities throughout the Project lifecycle. Final requirements and service scope will be defined within the RFQ documents. The service provider is expected to maintain sufficient staffing, technical resources and service infrastructure to support multiple project locations and ensure continuity of service throughout the Project duration. Detailed service level requirements, equipment specifications, support requirements and commercial arrangements will be defined within the RFQ package. Interested Companies must register/update their Contractor's information in Bechtel's iSupplier portal at https://supplier.becpsn.com link and select commodity code UD82 as their specialty. If Contractor has any questions or intends to express interest in bidding this requirement, the Company shall notify Bechtel’s Contact Person. At that point, Bechtel shall provide the interested party the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire which Company would complete with response to Bechtel for review. Bechtel notes that previous proven experience providing Managed Print Services and related printing, plotting, scanning, maintenance and document reproduction services on projects of similar size and complexity will be mandatory. Additional documentation and supporting evidence demonstrating relevant experience, service capability and organizational capacity may be required as part of the prequalification process. The prequalification questionnaire includes a list of questions required to be considered as prequalified and may require demonstration of: (i) relevant experience providing Managed Print Services and related printing, plotting and scanning services; (ii) experience supporting engineering, construction or industrial projects of similar scale and complexity; (iii) service capability, maintenance support and consumables management processes; (iv) compliance with legally mandatory requirements, including anti-corruption and sanctions requirements; (v) financial standing (solvency); and (vi) organizational capability and resources necessary to support future project growth and changing operational requirements. In the event of high competitiveness of the proceedings (a large number of companies expressing interest), Bechtel reserves the right to conduct a preliminary preselection of companies for further proceedings, which demonstrate the greatest potential for performing the scope of work. Upon Bechtel’s evaluation of a response to the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire, Bechtel will notify if the Company meets, conditionally meets, or does not meet the prequalification requirements that closely match the requirements. A Company's submission of Prequalification Questionnaire does not automatically qualify the Company to be a pre-qualified Company. Bechtel reserves the right to exclude any of the following from this Competitive Bidding process: any economic operator that is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by an entity from a country not covered by the Government Procurement Agreement ("GPA") with the EU; or economic operators who rely in the Competitive Bidding process on capacities of any entities from countries not covered by the GPA with the EU. Such decision of Bechtel shall not be subject to complaint. Each prequalified Company will be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Der Ersatz der 3 bestehenden Farbproduktionssysteme inkl. Wartung und Instandhaltung und die Schulung des Auftraggebers zur Nutzung der Maschinen. Es ist ein schlüsselfertiges Gesamtsystem mit der kompletten Einrichtung der notwendigen Systeme und Komponenten in Rahmen eines Leasings anzubieten. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung soll ein geeigneter Dienstleister gefunden werden, der im Bereich des Digitaldrucks die notwendigen Digitaldruckstraßen samt Software und Administration der Server für die umfassenden Druckdienstleistungen nach unseren Vorstellungen zuverlässig und effizient erbringen kann. Der Bieter hat für den Auftrag den Aufbau und die Installation, einschließlich An- und Abtransport sowie alle der zur Erfüllung anstehenden Anforderungen seitens des Hardware- und Softwaresystems frei APC (Airport Print Center) zu erbringen. Etwaig notwendige Konfigurationsänderungen im Arbeitsplatzumfeld (PC, MAC, Netzwerk, etc.) sind dazu vom Bieter nach Absprache mit dem APC durchzuführen. Fraport beabsichtigt während des Vergabeverfahrens mit allen geeigneten Anbietern eine Teststellung durchzuführen. Die nachträglich aufgeführten Anforderungen umfassen die Lieferung und Installation aller erforderlichen Hardware- und Softwaresysteme. Eine Einheit Farbproduktionssystem: Druckgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 90 DIN A4 Seiten Farbe pro Minute (80g/m²) Grammaturen von mindestens 60-350 g/m² auch im Autoduplex. Zwei Einheiten baugleiche Farbproduktionssysteme: Druckgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 135 DIN A4 Seiten Farbe pro Minute (80g/m²) Grammaturen mindestens 60-500 g/m² auch im Autoduplex aus allen geforderten Papier-magazinen. Die angebotene Software unterstützt einen einheitlichen, geräteabhängigen Medienkatalog mit den angebotenen Drucksystemen. Es werden derzeit ca. 30 Medien (Papierarten mit verschiedenen Grammaturen, etc.) eingesetzt. Diese müssen frei angelegt werden können. Ein durchgängiger PDF-Workflow sowie die automatische Übernahme aller in der Software vorgenommen Auftragsprogrammierungen in die Warteschlange der derzeit im APC genutzten Auftragsmanagementsoftware und in die Warteschlange der Drucksysteme wird zwingend vorausgesetzt. Die Daten aus SAP müssen mit weiteren Informationen bezüglich verwendeter Medienarten (Infos aus Queuedatenbank) angereichert und dann in eine zentrale Druckerqueue übergeben werden.
