It is expected that initially 2 departments will use this solution, for about 100 employees during the day, evening and night shift. The ED is located on 1 department/floor, Psychiatry has 3 departments spread over 2 floors. During the shifts, about 60 employees are active and use the Zebra smartphone to receive alarms.

About the Entity The Agency for Urban Environment needs alarm services that support city officers on foot, on bicycles and in vehicles. The service shall contribute to: * Effective handling of alarms and events * Quick notification and coordination of city officers * Documentation and traceability * Increased security for employees, visitors and values · Efficient interaction either between the alarm centre and operative resources or internally between operative resources. The organisation would like to gain better insight into available systems and future development trends within alarm management. Background The entity is considering to procure alarm services that can include: * Reception and management of technical alarms * Assault alarms/safety alarms * Notification to city officers and other stand-by resources * Logging and reporting * Notification to security guards and other stand-by resources * Integrations with existing security and access systems The company would like information on how such services are currently provided in the market. Contract models * Which pricing models are used? * How are alarm reception, call-outs and additional services priced? * Which contract forms are recommended? Provisional needs description The organisation would like a description of which systems can be offered in general, but will present a provisional description of requirements where the points below will be focused. Descriptions of other offered systems are also encouraged to include. · Mobility in alarm units/systems that can be offered. This includes a description of the weight, design and fasteners. · Robustness and weather resistance. Describe how the proposed systems will tolerate Nordic conditions with a focus on humidity/rain/water and cold conditions. The company also requests certifications, industry standards that can be requested for proposed systems. · Operational duration for the battery for proposed systems as well as time spent on charging. · Coverage area. Describe what degree of coverage can be expected from proposed systems. For this point, the company emphasises that the need is full coverage throughout Oslo - also in outer parts of Oslo and between high-level buildings in the centre of Oslo. · User friendliness and simplicity in use. The organisation will focus on simplicity when needed to trigger alarms and simplicity when receiving the alarm. Describe what happens when there is a need to trigger the alarm and what is being communicated to the person who receives the alarm for proposed systems. · Report functionality. Aug.As hydrogen infrastructure is expected to be established in Denmark, there is a need for a market system that can support three key market management processes. At the same time, the existing methane infrastructure will need to be supported by a new system solution. Nomination – The shipper informs Energinet of the desired transportation quantity for a given time period as the basis for matching and balancing. Nominations and renominations are expected to be submitted at 15-minute intervals. Matching – Ensuring that transported quantities are aligned between two system operators with corresponding opposite values. Allocation – Ensuring correct allocation of physical measurements and the commercial outcome of matching as the basis for balance calculation and system management. A similar need exists for methane, as the intention is to harmonize the systems for methane and hydrogen. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify available software solutions in the market that can support the processes described above. Energinet wishes to explore whether standard systems are available that can be configured to support both methane and hydrogen in separate instances with different configurations. The solution is expected to comply with applicable EU rules for the transportation of methane and hydrogen. The system must also support the existing methane market. It is expected to handle and support market processes such as nomination, matching and allocation, as well as data exchange between relevant market participants and internal and external systems. The procurement is expected to cover an overall solution capable of supporting both functional and technical needs, including configuration, integration, testing, implementation, documentation, operations, support and ongoing maintenance. It has not yet been determined whether the solution should be based on a standard solution, a configurable platform, custom development or a combination of these. Energinet’s preference is to make maximum use of standard and configurable functionality. Through the market dialogue, Energinet wishes to obtain market input on possible solution models, delivery approaches, implementation processes, dependencies, risks and commercial conditions.
