The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for the development of the Panda model. Procurement of a patient signalling system for Vanylven municipality.
The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for the delivery of an overall patient signalling system that can replace the current system, including hardware and software, at the nursing home. The agreement also includes establishment, service and necessary maintenance of the patient signalling system. The contracting authority will have an option to expand the system to cover home based care (HBO). A framework agreement shall be signed for additional procurements of components, service and maintenance of the patient signalling system. The framework agreement shall also cover the procurement of equipment that will be necessary for home based care. The contracting authority needs to enter into a new contract for the delivery of websites for sandnes.kommune.no. The delivery shall include operation and maintenance of the system, as well as options for further development. The choice of websites and supplier thereof is a strategically important choice for Sandnes kommune and it will be decisive to achieve the aim sandnes kommune has set out to be an efficient and attractive workplace for the employees and be able to offer the municipality ́s inhabitants good and facilitated information on the municipality ́s services as well as user friendly and future orientated internet self-service systems. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract over a period of four years, including options and any further development, can be in the range of NOK 1,800,000 excluding VAT and NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer. Framework agreement for pressure testing, disinfection and neutralisation, etc. 2026
The contracting authority would like to enter into one framework agreement with one tenderer for a framework agreement for pressure testing and disinfection. This includes assistance with pressure testing in all of the municipality ́s water pipelines, disinfection and neutralisation of the pipelines, as well as sample taking, pipe inspection, pigging, leakage searching and flushing. The contracting authority is obliged to make its procurements with the tenderer with which a framework agreement has been signed, and the chosen tenderer is, after an order from the contracting authority, obliged to deliver in accordance with the framework agreement. Further information on the project ́s purpose, scope and requirement can be found in Annex 1 - The duration of the requirement specifications contract is two years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. Winter operations
The competition is for the delivery of winter operations in Rælingen municipality. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for winter operations, hereafter called snow clearing of municipal squares in the municipality, as well as spring sweeping. Municipal places include outside areas and car parks around nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats, schools, nurseries, halls and other residences and buildings. Users are children living at home with different forms of both mental and physical disabilities. In addition to a respite care centre, parts of the building shall be able to be used as a day offer for youths/adults when children/youths are at schools, etc., the Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract with one contractor for plumbing installations (E301).
