The units included in the agreement are able to purchase locally produced food from Vestland County outside the agreement, provided that the goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer or from sales locations that exclusively sell locally produced food. Procurements from grocery chains or outlets with mixed product range are not included in the exception. JuliThe aim of the procurement is to establish new contracts for localisation technology that fulfils the municipalities ́ requirements for quality, including functionality, user friendliness, operation and management. In addition new contracts shall fulfil statutory requirements for privacy and information security. The technology should also support the overall goal of increased safety, mastering and activity based on the needs of the individual, including facilitating that the individual can master as much as possible themselves, including with assistance from relatives. This means that the technology shall be able to function both as an option for active triggering of alarm for anyone who needs it regardless of their function level and passive way for triggering the alarm for those who need it. There are a great many different user groups and it is only imagination that sets limits for who it is. VENNESLA KOMMUNEVenneslaThe Unit for Park and Technical is responsible for administering and developing the municipal water and sewage installations, the municipal roads, outdoor sports facilities and parks. The Municipal Engineering Operations Department has a modern machinery that will operate municipal roads, renovation of the pipeline network and the execution of major projects itself. Park and municipal engineering operational personnel are now spread out in different locations, the objective of the procurement is the co-location of the operational personnel. The municipal council has decided that premises shall be rented for this. It is relevant to rent both existing premises that may need to be remodelled/added in order to fulfil the requirements or new premises that the tenderer wishes to establish. As an alternative to the site for the localisation of new premises, the municipality can offer a site at Lomtjønn. The premises must be close to the main roads in Nedre Vennesla, maximum distance of 5km from vennesla centre. The site/premises must be ready regulated for the purpose when submitting the tender, a lack of fulfilment will lead to a tender being rejected.
