Climate Action and Sustainability for Corporate
The overall objective of this Assignment is to contribute to the EU sustainable finance policy objectives by strengthening the role of corporates in the transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient and environmentally sustainable economy. Under the Advisory Programme to Support Climate Action and Sustainability for Corporates, the EIB will support selected Beneficiaries in developing Climate Alignment Plans (decarbonisation, resilience, mitigation and adaptation plans), and sustainability-linked financing frameworks. BACKUP Health is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The programme forms part of Germany"s contribution to strengthening the global health architecture and supports the effective and sustainable use of funds from global health financing mechanisms, particularly the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). Many low- and middle-income countries remain dependent on international health financing to provide essential services. Declining global health budgets and fragmented funding structures place additional pressure on national systems to use available resources more efficiently and to integrate externally financed measures into domestic health and financing frameworks. BACKUP Health supports governments and key actors in addressing these challenges by improving the coordination between global and national processes and by strengthening systemic capacities for planning, governance and implementation. The programme aims to improve the efficiency of globally financed health services and products, particularly for HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria (HTM), in selected partner countries. BACKUP Health works in close collaboration with ministries of health and finance, national coordination mechanisms, civil society organisations, and regional actors, particularly in countries in Africa and Central Asia. It promotes gender equality, human rights, and the inclusion of vulnerable and marginalised groups as cross-cutting priorities. In the upcoming phase (2026-2028), the programme provides technical and policy support in three core areas: - Health financing and governance: Strengthening institutional capacities for the integration of global, particularly HTM-related, financing into national health systems and governance structures. - Integration of services: Supporting partner countries in developing and implementing approaches for integrated, people-centred and equitable health services, with strong community engagement. - Local production: Enhancing organisational and institutional capacities for the local manufacturing of HTM-relevant health products in Africa to improve sustainability, supply security and regional self-reliance. The project is implemented with a focus on partner countries in Africa and Central Asia. With this tender, BACKUP Health calls for assistance in the swift formulation and/or management of technical assistance (TA) assignments in countries eligible to BACKUP Health support. Technical assistance assignments may cover activities such as - Advisory support on sustainable health financing and governance, including domestic resource mobilisation, public financial management, and alignment of Global Fund and other external resources with national systems, - Technical support for integrating HIV, TB and malaria (HTM) services into broader, people-centred health systems through cross-programmatic collaboration and strengthened service delivery, - Support for building local and regional capacities for health product manufacturing, regulation, and market development. Assignment process Requests for technical assistance can be expected on a rolling basis throughout the project duration (2026-2028). It cannot be specified in advance which partner countries will request support, how frequently such requests will be submitted, or which thematic areas will be prioritised. BACKUP Health will forward TA requests to the contractor, who shall then identify, hire and deploy suitable experts to provide the requested services across the three support areas mentioned above. Pending procurement of health technology in Rogaland - input for the procurement and financing model.
The municipalities in Rogaland, organised through the Digi Rogaland cooperation, are working on a joint procurement of health technology for the municipalities in Rogaland. Stavanger municipality is managing the procurement. Our aim is to get a combined agreement on health technological equipment, response services and user interface/platform. The procurement is expected to include both user orientated and employee orientated technology, in addition to software that collects all data in one user interface/platform. Seamless and secure data flow is expected between equipment, user interface and EPJ. The scope of the procurement leads to a high complexity and many needs that shall be covered. The volume, number of users and technologies can vary between the municipalities, and the system must be able to scale up over time. Framework agreement for the provision of legal advisory services as Borrower's Legal Advisor in connection with financing of the NPP1
Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: PEJ) is responsible for preparing and implementing the investment process for the construction of the Poland’s first nuclear power plant (NPP1). The planned facility will have the total capacity of up to 3750 Mwe and will be located in the municipality of Choczewo at the Lubiatowo Kopalino site (hereinafter: Project). 1. The Subject of the Procurement Contract includes the provision of specialized legal advisory services in the area of external financing granted to the Company by financial institutions (banks, export credit agencies, hedging parties, etc.) for the purpose of financing the Project. 2. The advisor’s support will primarily include providing the Services in respect of the Transaction, including in particular: participation in preliminary legal due diligence of the Company, including execution of a red flag report (and reliance letters issued in favor of the respective Financing Parties, if required) or providing legal support and assistance to the Company during the due diligence process operated by the Financing Parties’ legal counsel (depending on the case); participation in the development of the legal structure for the Transaction (including the scope of the Transaction Documents) in cooperation with other advisors to the Company including the financial advisor; reviewing, analyzing and providing amendments to the Transaction Documents; active participation in and negotiating Transaction Documents with Financing Parties and their advisors and providing legal advisory (including in regulatory aspects of the Project to the extent required for the Transaction); preparing and collecting documents and evidences constituting conditions precedent (including issuing legal opinions required by Financing Parties); managing the process of negotiating and entering into the Transaction Documents and establishment of the security interest; navigating and coordinating each stage of the Transaction from the Company’s perspective with multiple Financing Parties and their advisors of any type (e.g. legal, financial, technical), in cooperation with the Company’s financial advisor and the coordinator(s) appointed by the Company; ongoing cooperation with the Company and its advisors, Financing Parties, the Lenders’ insurance advisor. Research on introduction of a new model for service development (MTU) in the police.
The Norwegian Police Directorate announces a competition for a research assignment in connection with the introduction of a new model for service development (MTU) in the police force. The model for service development involves new ways of working for the entire organisation. The implementation will involve changes in work forms, interaction, management and decision making. To ensure learning, quality and adjustment during the process, before new practices are allowed to join the organisation, the National Police Agency wants a research environment to carry out action research, or other type of follow-up research where researchers collaborate closely with the business, parallel to the implementation. The assignment shall support a structured and systematic learning process. The overall objective of the assignment is to support the implementation of the model through continual learning and to create an understanding of any change needs. The research shall contribute to concretising the goal achievement of the MTU and giving an independent assessment of whether this strengthens the police ́s ability to solve the social mission. International Media Support (IMS) seeks to establish a pool of qualified service providers through framework agreements to deliver recurring country-level research and advisory services focused on unlocking domestic capital for independent public-interest media. IMS reserves the right to enter into more than one framework agreement as a result of this tender. Across Europe and neighbouring regions, many independent media organisations remain heavily dependent on international donor funding while facing limited access to local commercial, philanthropic, and investment capital. Through this tender, IMS aims to identify suppliers service providers capable of conducting in-depth market intelligence and capital ecosystem analysis in multiple countries, including but not limited to Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
