The purpose of this invitation to tender is the provision of audiovisual, multimedia and IT equipment, software and associated services (Lot 1), and for the design, engineering, integration and cabling of audiovisual projects (Lot 2): - Lot 1 - Supply of audiovisual, multimedia, IT equipment and software as well as accessories, consumables and tools which are necessary for the development of new technical solutions for audiovisual, multimedia and IT installations. This may include the associated specialist services for developing, installing, programming and commissioning the technical solution, equipment or software. Training and other after-sales services on the delivered technical solution, equipment or software can also be part of the requested services. - Lot 2 - The integration, cabling of audiovisual, multimedia and IT equipment in the existing installations or in new audiovisual projects. This may include the design and engineering of the integration project as well as the supply and installation of cabling, connectors, tooling, patches, panels, cableways, racks, cabinets, flight cases, desks, or other technical furniture and accessories to guarantee the proper physical installation and integration of the equipment. Supervision of the implementation works an producing and/or updating of installation drawings can be part of the requested services. Multiple framework contract for the supply of ICT equipment, spare parts, accessories and associated services
The aim of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a multiple framework supply contracts for the acquisition of ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services. The scope of this FWC is provisioning of the ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services except the mobile devices, mobile devices’ accessories and associated services. Qualification of telephony equipment, project services and project raising for Helse Sør-Øst [The South-East Regional Health Authority]
The objective of the procurement is that Sykehuspartner HF shall, on behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF (HSØ), enter into regional framework agreements for the procurement of: Telecom related equipment, i.e. hardware and software (including licences), in the form of systems and platforms, or individual elements within them, associated operational support systems and terminals. The equipment shall be used to maintain, broaden and develop HSØ's telephony infrastructure so that it is at all times able to support HSØ ́s need for robust telecommunication services. Emphasis is put on the fact that the Contracting Authority, as a part of this, also wishes to procure ready-made installations, i.e. not individual components, based on function and performance requirements. Project assignments in the form of fixed price assignments, target price assignments or equivalent for various planning, review, design, development and installation assignments in connection with the telephony infrastructure. This can be everything from small and simple assignments such as upgrades, to more complex assignments that require project management and design, as well as independent assignments with defined deliveries and the accompanying delivery quality that is managed by the supplier. Project assignments can also be delivered in combination with equipment, e.g. by the supplier delivering a ready installed and tested system (e.g. a complete telephony system). Employers representative, technical advisory and assigned certifier services for the Project Barrow Social Housing Design and Build Contract
The National Treasury Management Agency (describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency) (“NDFA”), as agent for and on behalf Dublin City Council (“DCC”) and Kildare County Council (“KCC”) gives notice of its intention to award a contract(s) for the services to support the construction stage of the Project Barrow Social Housing Design and Build Contract (“Project Barrow”).
