Bufdir heads Bufetat, which is organised in five regions and is responsible for the operation and services of the child welfare service, including child protection institutions, welfare centres for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers and centres for parents and children. To safeguard the needs of residents and employees, institutions and centres must be furnished. Bufetat has documented a need for the furnishing of flame retardant textiles and fixtures. There is a considerable number of fires in the institutions and centres, most of which occur in the resident rooms. Based on this, there is a need to be able to purchase mattresses, fitting textiles and curtains of flame retardating quality. Flame retardating quality of textiles and mattresses will reduce the extent of damage when subject to fire. The products that the framework agreements shall cover per sub-contract: * Lot 1: Fire retardating curtains * Lot 2: Mattresses in flame retardating textiles * Lot 3: Flame retardant bedding and textiles See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. The estimated value for the entire procurement is NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The procurement ́s maximum value is NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is based on a judgemental assessment of historical consumption. The estimates must not be seen as binding for the contracting authority during the framework agreement period. The maximum value shall take into account normal price regulations, unforeseen replacement needs, potential increases in the need volume and other uncertainty that may arise during the contract period. MiljødirektoratetTrondheimFrist: 20. Sept.The Norwegian Environment Agency will publish the procurement for a GIS framework agreement on 1 September 2026. The contract is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services within geographical information systems (GIS). The framework agreement shall contribute to cover the Directorate's need for competence and capacity within GIS related disciplines in the period 2027 to 2030. The framework agreement includes, among other things, consultancy and assistance for: • GIS-analyses and remote measuring. • Machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence • Automation, ETL, scripting and data flow • Mapography and visualisation • Data modelling, metadata and standardisation. • GIS platforms, integrations and infrastructure • Project management for GIS related development and analysis projects. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts: 1. GIS and analysis specialist (obligatory delivery area). 2. GIS platform specialist 3. GIS project management Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more sub-contracts. The estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. NOK 16 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The upper limit is NOK 20 million excluding VAT. The contract will be signed for two years from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option for an extension for up to a further two years.Framework Agreement Medals
Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics OrganisationBallerupDanish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is putting acquisition of medals up for a coming tender. The Danish National Police and other buyers will also be able to buy medals etc. on the coming Framework Agreement. DALO will be the contracting authority on behalf of DALO, the Danish National Police and other buyers. Medals and accessories are awarded to both military personnel and civilians as recognition for their achievements and/or for their excellent service record. A medal usually consists of a metal disc featuring a die-struck design on both sides and a ribbon or loop attached to the metal disc. The medals shall be used on the uniforms, during (military) service, for parades, ceremony events, etc. The accessories for medals are as following, but differs according to needs for the buyer: Medal Boxes Miniature Oak Leafs and miniature Arabic Numbers that can be attached to the medal ribbon Ribbon Bars Medal Holder Medals and accessories shall be produces in accordance with the buyer's technical requirements and drawings. The technical requirement(s) stipulates the use of precious metal in the form of e.g. 999 fine silver and 24-carat gold plating. The supplier shall enter into a lending contract governing its use of the buyer’s production tools. The buyer shall be entitled to order the production of new production tools. UtlendingsdirektoratetOSLOThe aim of the procurement is to cover the need for transport of asylum seekers when needed and appropriate to use large buses. In order for the contract to be used in many cases/scenarios, it is not limited geographically or up to reception types. The agreement is, thus, nationwide. It will have its main catchment area to/from the National Arrival Centre (NAS) in Råde, but it shall also be used to and between destinations further away. There is a large variation in the asylum arrivals and this affects the need for accommodation capacity, number of asylum reception centres and also transport needs. UDI regularly needs to move larger groups of asylum seekers to the same destination or destinations that can constitute a "route" with several stops. In periods there can be a great need for large buses. In periods with low arrival numbers, however, there will be a limited need for this type of transport assignment. NTNUTrondheimParticipation in the EU's framework programme for research and innovation is a high priority activity at NTNU. This applies to both the current framework programme - Horizon Europe and the next framework programme, which shall start in 2028. Participation will take place in the form of projects that receive financial support from the EU. The projects must follow the terms given in the EU guidelines for the different project types. This includes financial guidelines. At the same time, we must ensure compliance with the guidelines that generally apply for NTNU. The financial monitoring of the projects involves responsibility for following up the finances in the project life cycle, from application to completed project. NTNU has its own routines and templates for financial reporting to the EU and internal status reports. For applications and projects that have several partners and coordinated by NTNU, follow-up also involves follow-up of partners' budgeting and reporting. Clear and understandable communication towards internal and external target groups is significant in all project phases. NTNU has its own personnel (project economists) who carry out these assignments, but NTNU will need to supplement with external resources. The need can vary over time. The offered resources must be able to handle a portfolio of applications and projects. The portfolio will usually belong to one or several organisational entities at NTNU. Other more limited assignments may also be relevant. See Annex 1, the contracting authority ́s requirement specifications, for further information on which services/work assignments the framework agreement covers. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The contract will start as soon as possible after the award of contract. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year, for a total of up to 4 years.Framework agreement for furniture and fixtures

Aug.The objective of the framework agreements is to facilitate conditions for cost efficient procurements of good design and high quality furniture, which at the same time are environmentally friendly and contribute to a circular economy for all ministries. It is necessary to procure office furniture such as panel furniture, office chairs, environment furniture and interior, including textiles and interior such as curtains, carpets, sound absorbers etc. and for facilitating functioning office work stations for all employees as well as supplementing the new government quarter. In addition furniture and interior shall also be procured for the Government's representation facility (including the Prime Minister ́s residence), commuter residences and foreign stations thereof. The list is not exhaustive. The procurement shall also include additional services such as interior architect services, repairs and maintenance, upgrading and drawing of existing furniture, as well as further mediation of existing furniture holding for reuse and securing optimum material recovery. The tenderer is required to offer the purchase of new furniture as well as leasing so that flexibility is taken care of when changing or moving to new areas/premises. The need will change in line with organisational changes. In addition it is important to be able to supplement or adapt furniture for changed needs at work. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 52,000,000 - 104,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The contract will be valid for two (2) years, with an option to extend the contract for a further one (1) + one (1) year, to a total maximum of four (4) years.
